Thanks for visiting the Doctor Who MIDI Archive! The MIDI files for Doctor Who Series 1-3, the Classic Series, Lyrics and Chords, Piano Sheet Music, Torchwood, The Sarah Jane Adventures etc. can be located at http://www.freewebs.com/dwmidi.
This address (http://www.freewebs.com/dwmidi2) is where you will find my MIDI files of music from Doctor Who Series 4 onwards, due to restrictions on upload limits with freewebs. The music was composed by the fabulous Murray Gold and orchestrated by Ben Foster. I'm a student of AS Music, I enjoy making MIDI files and recreations of music, and I am a big fan of Murray's music, so these websites are for me to store the files I produce and where you can listen to them.
I'd also like to mention that medleys of mp3-ised files (with more realistic instrument sounds) are going up on YouTube on the account "socksofbalhoon". A playlist of the medleys can be found here.
With thanks to Murray Gold, Ben Foster and the BBC!
Note: Lately I have been using the Kontakt Player system in Sibelius 5.0 more and more. This system includes a sample library and virtual instruments. It is Kontakt Player that I use to create my mp3 files, and more recently I have been working directly in Kontakt Player (rather than my previous method which was to work with General MIDI soundsets before converting to incorporate the Kontakt instruments). As such, these files I am producing are intended to be listened to as MP3 files. However, I know some of you like to use the files as ringtones etc so I will continue to export the MIDI files and upload them.
The Doctor Who MIDI Archive currently contains 149 MIDI files!
THE NEXT DOCTOR
MP3 MEDLEY HERE

Astrid's Theme - [S4 CD: Voyage of the Damned (Suite)] Melanie Pappenheim again, this time a soft, sorrowful melody for Astrid Peth. An extended mp3-ised version of this MIDI (including the "you're not falling, you're flying" music) can be found here.
The Doctor Forever (I'm a Time Lord)* - [S4 CD: Voyage of the Damned (Suite)] "I'm the Doctor. I'm a Time Lord. I'm from the planet Gallifrey in the constellation of Kasterborous. I am 903 years old and I'm the man who's gonna save your lives, and all six billion people on the planet below. You got a problem with that?" Need I say more?
The Doctor Forever (Voyage of the Damned)* - [S4 CD: Voyage of the Damned (Suite)] 100th MIDI! This is the epic, enormous version of the Doctor Forever, from right after Astrid's demise and before the Doctor flies up to the bridge. Realistic mp3 file here.

Your Song Must End Soon - The brief snatch of Doomsday heard on this line.
4 & 5. THE SONTARAN STRATAGEM and THE POISON SKY
MP3 MEDLEY HERE
UNIT* - This shouldn't be in the series four section, but it was in this story a fair bit, and since I redid my MIDI from scratch I thought it would get better noticed if I put it here! This is Murray's theme for UNIT, with the "pulsing strings and dark, diplomatic cars". MP3 file here.
Warriors of Sontar** - This is the regimented, marching action theme used heavily in the Sontaran two-parter. It features briefly in The Fires of Pompeii during the soothsaying "Man from Gallifrey" scene, too. MP3 file here.
Alien Antics - This music was, I think, in The Runaway Bride and Partners in Crime as well. It's generally been used to accompany alien activity, particularly chaos! MP3 file here.
Rattigan Academy - The first piece of music heard in The Sontaran Stratagem. MP3 file here.
Martha's Theme (The Clone)* - A version of this (without the main sung melody) was heard in Last of the Time Lords. This is the epic version of Martha's theme heard during the last clone scene. MP3 file here.

The Decoy - The cheeky music (almost worthy of The Apprentice!) heard in the scene with the clockwork mouse. MP3 file here.
Gymnast Jenny* - The impossible acrobatics displayed by Jenny were accompanied by fast bongos and tambourines while strings dashed up and down a whole-tone scale. MP3 file here.

Murder on the Orient Express* - [S4 CD: The Unicorn and the Wasp] Part similar to "Market Stalls" from The Long Game, part similar to "Gridlocked Cassinis" from Gridlock, and part generic murder mystery.
