This very important website here deals with a particularly serious as cruel form of violation of human rights, wheras a whole family from Austria have merciless fallen victim to the crimes of the Austrian Authorities for years already, which is all true! • Explanation of the situation:

Because of an unwanted hesitated, serious cancer operation in March 2007, I was cumpulsivly psyciatriazed (by a medical officer with the attendance of police) to the LKH Klagenfurt (District Hospital), first for two days and then I was put to the Urology Department, where my testicular tumor was removed!

Then from April to June 2007 I was put to the 1. Medical Department also in the LKH Klagenfurt and had to go through an intensive chemotherapy (three long therapies, intermediate and thereafter, short ones), wheras I usually got various infusions throughout the day, lying in the hospital bed!

My reasons for my hesitation were:

1. Because I was afraid that my health would be destroyed in a negative sense (as me and my family have made terrible experiences in the past), so I lost all my trustfulness to the authorities and to the hospital! Nevertheless, I was very clear about the seriousness of the situation, so I wanted to go to the Private Clinic in Villach, to get my tumor/cancer removed and I was also willing to pay for it!
2. Yet I wanted to finish my website as fast as possible, because my family were violently torn apart and also due to the auction of the house which was about to take place in a few days (which however, was moved to another date, after I was in the District Hospital)! So we feared the worst through false informations, namely the loss of all our property and valuables (also PC, etc.)!

Due assumed self hazard, however which wasn't true, the District Magistrate of Villach applied to the District Court, a process for trusteeship (foreign guardianship) and I got my first court loadings, wheras I was constantly innocently declared as mentally ill and even though I put my best school performances into play!

Then in October 2007, a psychiatrist appointed by the court suddenly came unannounced early in the morning into our apartment and made a very very bad report about me, about alleged personality disorders and I'm now considered as mentally ill!

However, these alleged personality disorders are nothing more than a severe mental trauma caused by many years of harassment at psychiatric institutions and false medications, which even now is still the case, since I am currently getting also severe Psychophama (such as Zyprexa and Temesta)!

Well, since November 2008, the arraigned decision of the court of compulsive trusteeship is now effective, although I've always written appeals which was sustained earlier and the "Agency Network Of Trusteeship" in Villach was ordered to my detriment!

Since the beginning of 2009, my welfare was unfounded seized by the compulsive trusteeship! Finally, in March 2009, I got my money back, but my monthly "care allowence" only after house visits and conversation with the responsible Trusteeship!

• I ask you politely as most urgently that you spread this site as fast as possible!
• Send this link to friends, relatives, media (like TV, radio, newspaper, human rights organisations, strong influential people, etc.) and so that this case is not anonymous!
• The media will do something yet if this case gets known to the public, alike if as many people are together (for example, with useful actions) and also are going to investigate whether that depicted story is true!
• But be careful, the authorities also have many falsehood-reports about us and will testify their innocence, but do not listen to them, but only to what has been written here, which is guaranteed, totally true and can be proven of course (like events, date, location, etc.)!!!

Today I would like to present you one of the biggest and cruelest form of violation of human rights, to where a whole family from Carinthia (Austria) has innocently become victims!

As a concerned mother, I am obligated to present this cruel and inexpressible affliction of my two children to publicity!

My two children are already innocent victims since years, biggest cruelness, as well as intolerable chicaneries and humiliations by authorities, helpless and unprotected!

My children are victims of hatred and violence without any rights!!!

My oldest son Gerald D. (23) was deffered to his plaguers for many years under most brutal and cruel chicaneries and humiliations as well, helpless and unprotected, who bad-willingly irreparably destroyed his health and still in addition cruelly been afflicted!!!

My son has innocently become a victim of the "criminally organized health care" in a tragic way, however which had nothing to do with real physicians!

My son was cruelly forced to the take "severe medication" which was injurious to health, "unlawful detention" for many years against his will and my will, without any contact to his family, heavy as brutal and inhuman chicaneries and humiliations.

In addition, deliberately and insufferably "Matrium" of sexual abuse and violence, hard physical forced labor for many years up to the exhaustion, punished with "meal withdrawals" and bad threats!

My son, despite with those chicaneries and humiliations beneath human dignity, including with very bad health damages, is willing to make something out of his life, since he is an eager and intelligent young man!

So he used the chance and visited High School in Canada with very good success, however he still requires one year for his graduation (diploma), but the authorities in Carinthia (Austria) are prohibiting the entry to Canada for mysterious reasons!!!

Although my son is verifiable an "advantage student" and also has sponsors and an address to stay, besides he possesses a valid passport, also a police certificate with "exempt from punishment" and however an unknown "visa stamp" (Study Permit Visa) noted into his passport!

My son innocently got very bad health problems in a tragic way, made by authorities into highest emergency and without any assistance and support, "pushed aside" (left alone)!

But the authorities "leaves that cold", although they are the causers!!!

Also my younger son, Manuel D. (15) innocently got a victim of this "system" of "criminally organized health care", who also had to suffer in an inhuman and brutal way of hatred and violence!

Also my son was forced to take "severe medication" which was injurious to health, unlawful "detention" as well as horrible crimes of sexual abuse and violence with bad threats and to the "all-worst" thing: no right of school (since February 2004 until March 2007), although school attendance is compulsory and law in Austria!

My viable son was not accepted at any public school in his municipality district, but with unfriendly words like: "We don't take your son! GOOD LUCK! GOOD BYE…! ", the door was "slammed" (shut) before our noses!!!

My son is Austrian citizen and he has a right to have a "decent" education!!!

As a concerned mother it is intolerable for me, how my children are being "treated"!!!

My family and I as a mother are living in biggest fear and concern, since we have already been threatened, that we all are going to be "made cold" (or killed), for these reasons this cruel and inexpressible affliction of my two children and the whole family shouldn't remain anonymous, because anonymity is deadly!!!

I am also asking politely as urgently, media (like Amnesty International, European Court of human rights, churches, interested humans who are willing to help us and affected people of violations of human rights, etc.) to join themselves about my "court thing" to publicity, so that this intolerable and unreasonable affliction of my two children and the whole family finally stops!!!

The highest property of humans, which is health and human dignity, in case of my two children this "highest property" has been bad-willingly and irrecoverable destroyed!!!

Both, my two children never received any "children allowence" or maintenance for many years and it wasn't paid off yet!

Please can anyone help my children and my family, otherwise our "clock will run off" and we lost the "struggle" against the authorities and the death???

Please take my warnings serious for the protection of my family and protect my children and the whole family against further and unfair encroachments of the authorities!!!

Sorry but I'm not an expert about translations, so I still hope you can read that!

I, Gerald D. was born on January, 20th 1985 in a town called "Villach" in Carinthia (Austria).

I grew up in a village called "Äussere Einöde" where I finished 4 years of elementary school.

It was a village actually only within affiliation, so we became outsiders because we weren't none of "them".

But suddenly for unknown reasons (probably because of hatred etc.), they all went together and forced us to move out from their village!

My grandfather (Joseph D.), which I never knew, had built a house in this village together with my grandmother and was a very honest and diligent man, but because of hatred and other reasons, the inhabitants of the village persecuted and have finally violently driven him to commit suicide!

Then in the year of 1995 we moved to another village to "Neulandskron" (close to Villach, Carinthia) where we live since now (till August 2007).

But earlier in the year of 1994 I had to go the Hospital (LKH) Villach for a medical examination because of my incessantly urgency, whereas a contrast medium was injected through a urinary katheter!

However, after this examination I could urinate much harder by and by, because I apparently had injuries on the bladder muscle caused by the unwanted urinary katheter!!!

Back to the time after we moved!

My father, (unwed, not married to my mother) Ing. Bernhard H. who never wanted that I was born, was making lots of problems to us and also had strong connections to the authorities as well!

He kicked me out of his house when I was little, so I've never had any contact with him at all.

When I went to school in that new village (1995 - 1996), my father and the enemies from the other village were making lots of problems there!

So I had a very bad time because the teachers and students started mocking on me and bullied me around at school and also were putting me on psychological pressure, so I didn't go there anymore.

But then the "youth welfare office (children's aid) of Villach" (in Carinthia) was informed (because of my father and those other people) and decisions have been made by the "court chief" of the "district court of Villach", because I haven't been going to school anymore.

My father and those other people (from other village) were getting us into this bad situation.

Since my father had strong influence to the austrian authorities he was taking over my "custody" and "consigned" it to the "youth welfare office of Villach" (in Carinthia)!

But before that, I had to visit a doctor (Prof. Franz Wurst) who made examinations and also sexually abused me at the age of 10!

He also made a "report" about me and a "institutionalisation" to put me in a "mental instituation for children" in Klagenfurt (Carinthia) to make a psychological check up.

On the other hand, he also has indicated in his report that an external accommodation and separation from the family would cause severe emotional damage!

Years later it came out that this doctor sexually abused lots of children (especially boys) for more than 30 years and was put in jail since in the year of 2000!

He also was the leader of this mental instituation many years ago, so it already had a bad call in the past!

Currently, the former paediatrician Prof. Franz Wurst (88) died, who was condemned to prison for 17 years due to child abuse and incitement to murder!

Now back to life story again - So I was forced to go into this "mental instituation for children" in September 1996 and had to go to a special school for mentally handicaped children.

I really felt very bad to be locked up and was forced to take medications (which was injurious to health) against my will, but I was able to go home on holidays and almost every second weekend later on!

First it was planned that I would stay for some weeks and it ended up to 10 months of unnecessary torture and I also failed at that school for unknown reasons!

Then on August, 9th 1997 I was put to a foster home in "St. Michael ob. d. Gurk" (near Klagenfurt, Carinthia).

They also tried to brainwash me to put me against my family, but my family "opened my eyes" again!

So I had to stay there for almost three years, could also go home to my family very infrequently (the first year not at all and later then once or twice a year for only a few days) and I also completed school ("Sporthauptschule 12 " - "Sports Main School") in Klagenfurt.

But during that time I was running away many times with my family "abroad" but the police kept bringing me back all the time!

However, after several "loadings" of the District of Villach in the year of 1999, a ripper from Bavaria (Bayern, Germany), who allegedly killed more than 70 women (it was also written in the newspaper), was up to mischief in the village where my family lived (in Neulandskron) and strived after the life of my mother!

This guy always followed her and made himself noticeable that he just had an eye on her (he also queried in the neighborhood about her) so she could no longer leave her house until this thing with the ripper has become calm!

Later, in the year of 2000 when my mother went for a walk on the late evening (already night) with my brother and the dog (a black german shepherd, who served as a watchdog), they were being shot twice and were curtly able to escape those shots, consequently sheer attempted murder!

Back to the time (in the year of 2000) when I was at the foster home!

Then the "youth welfare office of Villach" (in Carinthia) planned to put me into another foster home to "Burgenland" (another province in Austria) without informing my family.

But before this decision was made, I put my whole strenght together and escaped one more time and went with my family to Milan in Italy and later on to Canada in May 2000!

We had lots of problems to enter this country (at the airport in Milan, Italy) because my passport was still at the foster home, so I just used a "identification card"!

When we arrived in Canada we applied for a "refugee claim" and had to live in Hotels (and Motels) for about 2 months (also lost a lot of money), till we finally got an appartment in Kitchener, Ontario!

A man named Scott Morton-Ninomiya from the "Mennonite Coalition for Refugee Support" helped us to get permission to live in an appartment in Kitchener (Ontario).

Two weeks later on July, 14th 2000 Immigration seperated everybody because they had received information from the authorities in Austria!

So my mother (Karin D,) was put in "Toronto West Detention Center" (which was a jail), my brother (Manuel D.) and me (Gerald D.) into seperated foster homes and my grandmother (Erika H.) had to stay in the appartment by herself!

None of us did know what happened to the other one, the least my grandmother who had to wait some months till she received information about me, my brother and my mother.

So the custody of my mother was taken away once again and "Peel Children's Aid Society" in Brampton (Ontario) took care, to continue the "case" of the "youth welfare office of Villach" (in Carinthia, Austria)!

I was put into a foster home in Brampton (Ontario) for about four months and hardly had any contact with my (seperated) family, the least with my mother.

I also haven't been to school there, so I had lots of spare time, but I really wanted to go back to my grandmother's appartment and my brother (who was in another foster home) as well.

During that time my grandmother (who didn't speak english either) was having lots of trouble to pay the monthly costs for the appartment, so she had to receive money from Austria.

My mother couldn't stand it anymore in jail because she was really suffering very bad there, so she withdrew her "refugee claim"!

So did my grandmother since she had no money left to pay the monthly costs for the appartment and I had to decide whether I wanted to join them.

So eventually the whole family withdrew their "refugee claims" and we were sent back to Austria, except my brother who had to stay because of a very bad ear infection (he couldn't go on the plane because of the air pressure)!

My grandmother already went back to Austria a bit earlier (beginning of November 2000), because she was forced to leave since she couldn't pay for the appartment anymore.

So it was just me and my mother who were brought back to Austria on November, 21th 2000, accompanied by people from Immigration.

At the airport in Vienna (Austria), police, people of the "youth welfare office of Villach" (in Carinthia) and people from the government (in Carinthia) received us there and we had a very bad suprise!

They forced me against my will to go with them and pulled me to their car!

My mother wanted to help me so she yelled at them to leave me alone, but the police brutally forced her to visit a mental instituation within that area!

She had to stay there for 4 days against her will and was forced to take medication (which was injurious to health) and also had to pay the bill as well which she received by them (for the unnecessary stay)!

While that time I was put into a "Crises Intervention Center" for no good reasons and I had to stay there for about 2 months till end of January 2001.

Within this time it was planned by the "youth welfare office of Villach" (in Carinthia).that I was going to be put into another foster home in "Zeltweg" (in Styria, Austria).

But on that day I called my mother so she could come and try to keep them away from bringing me into that foster home!

So my mother yelled to those people to finally leave me alone, but then the police got involved as well!

After then they brutally forced her to go with them and was brought into a mental institution in Klagenfurt (Carinthia)!

I was also brought to this mental instuation as well, but since I was a minor they brought me to this "mental instituation for children" again at the "youth section" for about 3 1/2 months!

So once again I had to take medications (which was injurious to health) and got unnecessary treatments with no freedom either!

I also got medications because of my bladder problem, which suddenly caused a severe "obstructive anuria", wheras I wasn't to urinate for about 14 hours!

On May, 11th 2001 I finally got released, but I had taken lots of psychological and physical damage because of those many years of unecessary torture!

I also would like to mention that during that time since I was brutally taken out my family, that my family were trying everything to get me away from those "law-breaking crimemakers"!

So many lawyers got involved, even the "European Court of Human Rigths" were informed about our situation, but without any success and we lost a lot of money!

I also would like to mention that my brother didn't visit any regular school that time and was always put into special schools for mentally and physically handicaped students for no good reasons!

So we realized that there is no future here in Austria and we planned to go back to Canada, since we were told by Immigration to come back.

About four months later on September, 11 2001 we decided to go back to Canada a second time, but this time I was having my passport with me.

But at the airport in Toronto we had a bad suprise and were locked up into the "Immigration Detention Center" which was connected to a hotel (Celebrity Budget Inn Hotel) near the airport!

The reasons they mentioned were that we did not have any proper papers to enter Canada , since we've already had lots of troubles last time with the austrian authorities and Immigration as well!

So we applied a second time for "refugee status" in Canada which was going to take a long time for the process.

Last time when my mother was in jail in the year of 2000, she met a old lady (also a prisoner) who offered her to go to her husband's farm if she ever comes back to Canada again, which she did.

So that guy who was a farmer from germany, tryed to get us out from that "Detention Center" and were willing to sign a "bond" so we could get released on bail to live at his farm (near Shelburne, Ontario)!

We actually had to stay at this "Detention Center" for about 3 1/2 months, but my grandmother already went back earlier, right after the first month in October 2001.

During that time a guy named Fred Franklin from the "Toronto Refugee Affairs Council" (TRAC) were willing to help us about our case and also had "Quecker" friends in Orangeville (Ontario) to support us.

After many "Detention Hearings" we finally got released on bail on December 21st 2001 and moved to this farmer from Shelburne (Ontario), while the court process for the refugee claim was running!

So while we lived at this farm, me and my brother were visiting school in Shelburne (Ontario).

I started CDDHS (Centre Dufferein District High School) on February, 4th 2002 and was put into grade 10!

As time passed by I always kept improving my english language and also was successful in school as well.

But the life at this farm was horrible because that german farmer got insane and gave us a very bad time.

He also forced my mother to do labour and threatened us that he was going to call Immigration so they would bring us back to the "Detention Center"!

We also had to make court hearings almost every month and it seemed that we were not going to be successful because of the influence of the austrian authorities, who were working against us!

It was getting close to the final decision from the court and the farmer withdrew his "bond" (from Immigration), so we got separated once again at the end of October 2002!

So my mother was going to "Toronto West Detention Center" (which was a jail), my brother was put into a foster home in Brampton area and I was put into that "Immigration Detention Center" (near Toronto Airport) again by myself this time!

My mother and my brother decided to go back to Austria and withdrewed their refugee claims again (because they were denied anyways), but I tried everything to remain in Canada!

So I was offered by Immigration to apply for a "Pre-Removal Risk Assessment" (PRRA) which was like a last chance to prove the reasons why I would taking risk by returning to Austria!

After six weeks on December, 12 2002 my mother and my brother returned to Austria except me.

The "Quecker" people from Orangeville signed a "bond" to release me on bail on the same day.

So I moved to another family at the "Ecology Retreat Center" in Orangeville, which were friends of them and also was granted by Immigration.

During my stay at this family, I was able to continue school in Shelburne (Ontario) and successfully finished grade 11 (it ended up with a student average of 80% and attended everyday in school)!

I was having many friends there who really helped me a lot and I was accepted as an "advantage student".

They also recommended me to stay in Canada to continue education and to finish up grade 12 to graduate from High School.

The bond's people took over the "paper work" of Immigration that time, but they didn't always tell me what was happening with my "PRRA application".

So one week before my departure I was told that my application was denied and that I was about to be sent home to Austria!

I was really quite shocked because I've planned to stay and finish school, but a teacher couple from that school offered themselves to sponsor my stay in Canada for the future!

So I was sent back to Austria on June, 30th 2003 and had bad suprises at both airports (in Milan and Vienna) and I was locked up and detained for a while like a criminal!

After those bad experience that day, I went back home and was really mad and totally finished!

So I've planned to return to Canada again to finish up this very last year of school there, but without any success since it came out that I was deported!

Since the last years I've been to trying to find legal ways to return to Canada and got in touch with the "Canadian Embassy in Vienna"!

After those many years of brutal torture of no freedom, I've shown that I have reasons to return to Canada and to finish school there!

Right now I'm totally broken inside and with no hope of life nor future!

One of my worst health problems is that I have really bad sleep problems, since the last years (after returning to Austria) because I don't get enough sleep (about 5 - 6 hours every day)!

Because of always having irregular sleeping times, it happened that one day (in May 2006), I was not able to sleep for 84 hours (3 !/2 days)!

This was one of my most horrible experiences in life, because it really seemed to get dangerous since I could not sleep anymore!

I felt like that my life was going to be over because of those very bad headaches, high blood pressure and other bad symptoms as well, so I went to the hospital in Villach (Carinthia)!

But in hospital they weren't willing to help me right away, so I just asked them to get some medications which I was taking till March 2007!

But I still haven't recovered yet from that horrible experience and its still hard for me to sleep in (it takes some hours for that) and to get enough sleep, to get through the day!

I'm really sorry that I wasn't able to go into further details because if I would, I could write a whole book of it!

This also means that there is still more that I haven't mentioned yet.

I'm sure that have skipped quite many things, but I just tried to explain the most important events which happened to me in the past!

I really got trouble to explain some things because my mother and brother couldn't help me with that this time, since they are not present right now!

I totally assure that my story is true since many things can be proved now that the austrian authorities made a big crime of breaking many laws!

After mentioning the reasons of the situation of my family I have shown that I'm also being pushed into that situation.

Even the media (like e.g. television, newspaper, etc.) are more believing to the authorities, who spread only lies about us! Therefore we can only count on you people, that this internet-site is going to be send up to the media, because we have no chance! We ask you politely as most urgently to help us!!!
