The apartment is situated only 10 meters from the award winning Playa de Los Locos:
a beautiful beach with great and secure swimming water, perfect for the kids.
The complex is a quite and safe area: a paradise for the kids with a splendid swimming pool (for residents only) situated in the middle of the complex, with easy access from the apartment.
It is close to all ameneties such as banc, restaurants and supermarkets.
This luxury 2 bed penthouse has an exclusive position, it's hard to find a better place to spend your holiday in. Except the breathtaking view from the terrace you just have to cross a street to reach one of the best beaches on the coast.

It has one bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the smaller bedroom.
It's also equipped with a powerfull Inverter (AC) system that keeps the preset temperature in the apartment the hole day.
The bathroom is like the rest of the apartment fully equipped and luxury furnished.
The livingroom has a comfortable sofa just in front of the electric fireplace and the multichannel TV. You also have DVD, VCR, Stereo and a Satellite receiver (with some english channels) there.
A small bar-table (made of granite) separates the kitchen from the livingroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a electric stove, microwawe oven, fridge, freezer and so on.
Beside the kitchen there is a small patio where the place for the washing machine is.
If you go out through the door beside the living room you will face the terrace where you can eat all the meals of the day or just sit and relax. If it's to hot you can easy fold down the awning.
A stair leads you up to the solarium which is an ideal place for sunbathing if you don't want to go to the beach.
