So you've decided you want to play, good.
First thing you do is create your character's Race. You will have to provide a good costume if playing a non-human! If this is your first larp experience go for human and see what everyone else wears before choosing what you like.
Then choose your character's Class. Some classes have restrictions as to what Race can play them so check.
Choose their name, there are websites that help you do this called name generators!

Then choose what type of weapon your character will use (if you've only got a sword then best use that) If you're new then ask to borrow a weapon (it will probably be a sword)
Now sort out your new character's costume (don't forget pockets or bags for your loot)
Finally to make GC's task easier write down all this info, so they can just copy it down onto a character card.
So you'll need to write down (a) Your Real Name (b) Your player ID number (if new you won't have one yet) (c) Your new character's name (d) It's race (e) It's class. That's it.
At the end of a game you will need to hand in your character card, any gold you've gotten, any lammies you've got, herbs, poisons etc
