Dungarron Harris
As Harry was the very first Highland pony foal bred here at Dungarron, i always vowed to keep him. His Mum, Millie, is a beautiful big mare and his Dad, Dorian, has been one of my favourite Highland ponies since the very first day i met him.
To this day i still don't really know what colour Harry is. Both sire and dam are dun, so part of me wants him to be one of those exceptionally dark yellow duns. When clean and in the right light, there is a dorsal, though the colour is hardly different, the quality of the hair definitely is. On other days i settle for seal brown (even though his lighter points are exceedingly yellow.) But mostly i say brown ... not even bay, as i really can't differentiate darker points most days.
