The property features a stone and brick entrance with an  electric iron gate. The driveway is a quarter mile of paved blacktop and is fenced on both sides with plank fenceing. There is access to pastures on both sides of the driveway which ends at the 3900 sq ft three level

Just down a concrete paved path from the house is a 30’ X 60’ party pavilion with a stone wood burning fireplace and flagstone flooring.  The pavilion overlooks the 12 acre lake and has an attached storage area at the rear of the building.

The land is gently rolling with approximately 75% improved coastal fields and 25% native trees. The pastures are cross-fenced into 11 gated pastures for efficient herd rotation and each pasture has access to the lake or one of three stock ponds.

The 12 acre lake, stocked with bass and cappie is easily viewed from the patio or the upper deck. The lake also provides  the irrigation system for the grounds around the house and party pavilion.

The upper level has a large sitting area between two bedrooms and two baths. The sitting area is open to the ground level living area. The lower level has a family room with big screen TV, large stone wood burning fireplace,  and wiring for the whole house sound system. A bath and utility room are also located on the lower level. The door to the patio leads to a large wrap a round flagstone patio that over looks the lake and pastures. The house was designed to have view of the lake from ever room.

There is a detached two car garage with storage and work area just to the north of the front of the house. A 30 X 40 metal shop is behind the garage and in the corner of the fenced yard.

At the far east end of the property there is another entry off the main road leading to the 60 X 80 foot metal barn, well house, and cattle pens with water and loading equipment. The barn has electricity and two drive thru sliding doors. About another 150 yards north of the barn is a 10 X 20 storage or feed building with water.
