Very simply... Clock!

This is what we will be making. Very easy and effective for tags, pages, scrapping...

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

Paint Shop Pro - Here

Paint Shop Pro Version X2; No outside filters used 

An image of your choice, open and minimize on your work area.

 

Here we go!!

 

* File > New Image > 500 X 500 pixels > Resolution your choice > Transparent

 

* Preset shapes > Ellipse &/or Circle

 

* Materials > Foreground - #754a07, Background - #cc7a02

Foreground - null, Background - Gradient = Foreground/Background

Angle - 120, Repeats - 0

 

* Ellipse > Anti-alias, Create as Vector - Draw out a circle on your new image

 

* Objects > Align > Center in Canvas, Layers > Convert to Raster Layer

 

* Selection Tool > Set at Circle > No feather

Find the center of your image and draw out a circle leaving enough room for your numbers

 

* Selections > Float > Effects > 3D Effects > Cutout Settings:

Vertical - 0, Horizontal - -15 (minus), Opacity - 30, Blur - 10.00

Color > Black #000000 or the dark color we used #cc7a02

 

* Still selected - Selections > Modify > Select Selections Borders >

Both sides, Anti-alias, Border width - 2

 

* Effects > 3D Effects > Drop shadow - Settings:

Vertical and Horizontal - 0, Opacity - 100 > Blur - 3.00

 

* Selections > Select None

 

* Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise > Settings:

Uniform, Monochrome, 5

 

* Selections > Select All > Selections > Float > Selections > Modify >

Contract - 4, Selections > Invert > Selections > Float

 

* Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow - Settings:

Vertical & Horizontal - 0, Opacity - 100, Blur - 3.00

 

* Selections > Select None

 

* Maximize the image you are using; copy, paste onto your clock. If it's to large,

resize so that it fits.

 

* With your Text tool, use a font that you want to use. Place so you have all 12 hours.

 

* Make your hands the way you would like them to be and add a center to your liking.

You should have something that looks like this.
