
Magic Duels
First a challenge is made. If both players accept then the duel is
fought from beginning to end.
A magic duel is where one player tries to break another players magic
blocks. Spells with "breakers" are used.
Gom Turrent Fire or Gom Throw are generally used for magic duels. Some
spells go through blocks and are not used. The types are listed below.
Piercing spells like gom laser may not be used.
Fire spells like fire cylcone or dragon fire may not be used.
Lightning spells like gom turrent lighting or lighting blast may
not be used.
Particle spells like hydrack fire or drake breath may not be used.
Once players are ready a
count down to commence the duel will take place or the game timer may be
used.
There is no healing, boosting, unbeaking or pot drinking of any kind
during a duel and there is no running away. Once a player is broken and
killed the duel is over. The players may want to "unbreak" and duel
again with someone else.
The winner may never reveal
the losers blocks to anyone or all honor of winning the duel is lost.
If the winner does reveal the losers blocks and a Battle Lord is present
the winner may be killed for poor sportsmanship.
Melee Duels
A melee duel is fought in a similar fashion as above. A
challenge is made stating that it is to be a "Melee Duel".
It is understood that magic will be used to break melee blocks. Low power spells
like gargoyle zap, fury spit, or marjin ball 03 are generally used to break
melee blocks and then melee is used to kill our opponent.
There is
no healing, boosting, unbeaking or pot drinking of any kind during a duel and
there is no running away.
The winner
may never reveal the losers blocks to anyone or all honor of winning the duel is
lost. If the winner does reveal the losers blocks and a Battle Lord is
present the winner may be killed for poor sportsmanship.
Gun Fights
Unboosted gun fights are fun and are fought as outlined
above. Once the challenge to a "Gun Fight" is made the players decide on
a gun. Mini Gun, Flamethrower, Grenade Launcher or Lightning Gun.
The game timer must be used for a Gun Fight so that each player starts
at exactly the same time.
There is no healing,
boosting, unbeaking or pot drinking of any kind during a gun fight and
there is no running away.
