Excel Saga
Originally written by Rikdo Koshi, Excel was a manga series. It now is an comedy anime directed by Shinichi Watanabe. Characters include Excel (Excel Excel) the main character. Hyatt the Martian princes, Lord Il Palazzo the leader of ACROSS. Excel Saga is different because it is a parady of other anime and generally doesn't make sense.
(((Its still one of the best anime I've seen in a while.
