Our special girl RALLIE continues to amaze us with her winning ways!
On November 4, 2006, GCH Dry Creek Acres Rallie took her first trip to NAILE -- the North American International Livestock Exposition -- the largest purebred livestock show in the world. There, Rallie was the Toggenburg Senior and Overall Grand Champion. http://www.livestockexpo.org/photo_directory/Dairy%20GoatsOpen%20ShowToggenburg.htm

On August 27, 2005, RALLIE was named Best-Doe-in-Show at the 2005 Nebraska State Fair -- at the largest Open Class Dairy Goat Show ever held at that state fair! We were proud of Rallie, as always, when she walked into the Senior Toggenburg Champion Challenge class and was named Best of Breed. At the conclusion of the show, Rallie stood against the other Best-of-Breed does in the other breeds divisions. Rallie earned her first Junior Grand Championship at 8 weeks of age when the judge described her as “the doe that catches your eye every time she walks in the ring.” As a dry yearling in 2003, Rallie earned additional junior grand championships. Rallie continued to “catch the eye” of judges when she freshened in 2004 as she quickly earned two Senior Grand Champions, including Best of Breed and Best Doe in Show – completing her Permanent Championship before her 2nd birthday. Rallie continued her winning ways throughout 2004 as she won four (4) more Best of Breed awards and a second Best Doe in Show. What a girl. Rallie had triplets in 2005 -- one doe sold, retained a doe (Dry Creek Acres Vallie), and sent a buckling (Dry Creek Acres Valiant) to live in Colorado! In 2006, Rallie had twin bucks (Dry Creek Acres Whitfield and Dry Creek Acres Wakefield) -- who went to live in Nebraska and South Dakota. We look forward to more lovely kids from Rallie in 2007.
