In association with Independent Martial Arts Association (IMAA), Droitwich Taekwondo is a family run club lead by Chief instructors Paul and Sue Sparkes.  Paul has been associated with Tae Kwon-Do and other Martial Arts, including Ju-Jitsu, Kick Boxing and Karate for over 15 years and Sue has a similar background.  Paul and Sues children are also members of the club, Chloe and Jake are both First Degree Black Belts. 

The club teaches in a sincere and dedicated manner and believe in the values instilled by Martial Arts.  Teaching students of all ages, both instructors continues to practice and pass on their knowledge and experience to the highest possible standards.

What is Tae Kwon-Do (TKD)?

Tae Kwon-Do is a traditional yet practical Korean martial art, well known for it's competitors superior and spectacular kicking abilities. It uses a range of dynamic and skillful attacks with both the hands and feet. It is rapidly becoming one of the worlds most popular practised martial arts and it's growth worldwide has given it Olympic recognition as well as other large scale internationally recognised competitions.

Everyone has their own reason for wanting to study a martial art, at Droitwich Tae Kwon-Do you can train in a safe, fun and friendly environment in which you can learn new skills giving you the ability to defend yourself and your loved ones while gaining the benefits of improved fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and confidence.
