Dr. Kwon’s Martial Arts
Parent’s Code of Conduct
1.) Please provide constructive comments to the instruction team directly.
Comments not provided to the instruction team are opportunities lost or worse, a negative reflection to other parents. We want to understand your needs and are willing to work towards achieving mutual goals.
This is your school; help us make it the best with your ideas.
2.) Please do not ask a student to leave the class floor during instruction.
Pulling a student out of class during instruction is disruptive and can be counter productive. The instructor has a goal to achieve for the class and your child in particular, if you have questions or comments on what that goal is please ask the instructor before or after class.
Respecting the instruction team during the one hour class is critical. You would not pull your child out of math class during school to provide a “trick” on how to do a math problem; nor would you pull your child out of a music lesson telling them they don’t have to do that scale because you know what they should be working on better than what the music instructor knows.
If you have a question or comment on what your child is learning please provide constructive comments to the instruction team directly, we want to hear from you to build the best school possible.
Thank you for your help in keeping communication levels high.
The Martial Arts encourages:
Respect, Integrity, Honor, Courage and Self Discipline to achieve the highest possible level of self within a community.
