hi, Laramie yes is fondant, the flowers I due in fondant or gum pastes any color what your like, yes if you like the background in chocolate I due and the flowers white, for almost 200 people because is 3 different size in cakes , if you like let me not please whit anticipation, let me not what flavor you like inside, and in my page you found information in English to.

I just have a few questions regarding this cake:
1. How many guests does this cake serve?
2. Is this fondant or butter cream?
3. Can we use different colours to incorporate my theme wedding? For instance, the entire background in chocolate brown, and all the flowers in white?
