Acclimating Tropical Fish to Your Fish Tank
1. Float the unopened plastic bag with your new fish in your aquarium.
2. Wait fifteen (15) minutes.
3. With a pair of scissors, cut the knot off the plastic bag that has your new fish.
4. Pour one-half (1/2) cup of aquarium water into the plastic bag that has your new fish.
5. Droop the floppy, opened end of the plastic bag that has your new fish over the edge of your aquarium.
6. Wait ten (10) minutes.
7. Repeat steps numbered 4-6, four (4) times.
8. Grab your fish with a net, and gently put him into your aquarium.
(Try not to pour the water from the bag into your tank, as the water from the pet shops, may have diseases)
Total elapsed time: approximately 55 minutes.
