Draylor: The Abandoned

Come and explore the world of the draylor.  I made this site because people are always asking me; what is a draylor? Where do they come from? What can they do? This site covers everything from basic personalities to powers. Anything you wanted to know about draylor. There's even a description for one of my own draylor characters. They come from many parts of the world so alot is possible. Just read and see.

Quite simply, a draylor is a half-dragon, half-human. Like all beings that are a mix of dragons and other beings, draylor get many benefits. Most beings that are part dragon will either become stronger and/or more magically inclined. Draylor are on the magical end of the spectrum. As such they all have strong magical powers. These powers are directly connected to one of the elements.

Description

As a side effect of their elemental connection, a Draylor's skin will change color when puberty hits. When they are born, Draylor hair color is the color their skin will become. These colors are a reflection of the element they are coneccted with and, in some sircumstance, how they use that element. Aside from color, however, Draylor are not very much like dragons at all. They don't have wings, can't breath fire, and are actually shorter then your average human. They average around 5 feet 5 inches for males and 5 feet for females. One thing does spark attention for the dragons studing Draylor. It seems that Draylor are born with an extra set of shoulder blades. It appears that they would be where a Draylors wings are suposed to be. But to date no Draylor has ever been born with or grown wings, aside from the magical ones that dissapear after the spell disapates. It is also note worthy that, when Draylor turn 17 they virtually stop aging. This is because they will live to be around 2000 years old. No one knows why Draylor age normally for their first 17 years, though in some rare cases their have been some that slow earlier, but none younger then 13.
