Introduction

   Dragons are mentioned in myths and legends of every culture in the world. The basic types are the Chinese(long body with 4 legs), the English (four legs and a pair of wings), and the contemperary ( 2 legs and a pair of wings). dragons come in a variety of colors and sizes, ranging from around 10 to 40 feet long. Though they are incretibly strong, Dragons are also incredibly intelligent. The word dragon coms from a greek word meaning "to watch", which is proper because in many legends they are gaurding things. Dragons are also Known for hoarding treasure . But the fact that so many cultures that never interacted having myths with dragons in them makes you wonder- could dragons exist?

location: europe

     one of the best known types of dragons through its appearance in medieval manuscripts, the western, or European, dragon has six limbs: two pairs of feet and one pair of legs. Their most famous weapon is their flame breath, though they also use their claws for attack. They tend to live in the remote areas of Europe, where they hunt cattle, sheep, and-if there is nothing else-humans. varying in size from 40 to 45 feet long, they tend to live alone. It should be noted that they have excellent eye sight.

location:China, Japan

    Another well known species, the eastern dragon (also known as the Chinese dragon or chinese lung) varies from 35 to 40 feet long and has no wings. They have four clawed feet, which they use defensively. Their diet consists of birds and fish, which is natural, for they tend to live in underwater caves. Being unable to fly, it has had to adapt to life on the ground.

Location: Americas

   Living through out the americas, the Amphithere has no legs, only a pair of wings. Ranging from 40 to 45 feet long, they eat all large mammals indigenous to the americas, such as lamas and buffalo. They tend to live in lakeshore reeds or on offshore islands. They have flame breath, but also constriction like some snakes.
