When it lived: Flourished when the first mammals started to appear and lives to this day.

Mating habits: The males display their wings to the females during lunar eclipses. The wings that catch the females interest is the one that are chosen to be their partner for life.

Hunting Tactics: Hovers on top of trees or clearings, using it's wings to camouflauge itself amongs the night sky. The "stars" on it's wings twinkle and illuminate in the moonlight ot further enhance the illusion. Then it swoops down really, fast, tucking it's wings to the side to increase aerodynamacy and catches it's prey.

What it eats: Sheep, Cattle, Deer, Elk other various types of large game
