Birth Doula Services
* Initial interview to get to know you and discuss your birth wishes
* Birth plan meeting to discuss and construct your birth plan
* Additional prenatal visit(s) can be scheduled at your discretion (see contract for pricing)
* 24-hour on-call for delivery
* Availability via email/telephone for questions and concerns
* Use of handout binder containing information on pregnancy, birth plans, labor and delivery, breastfeeding and infant care
* Attendance at your birth once active labor has begun until 1-2 hours postpartum
* Initial breastfeeding help at delivery
* Postpartum meeting after delivery
