The Liberal Party in Bournemouth
· Demands the Council Act on Binge Drinking and STOPS licensing any more super pubs and clubs.
· Would hold a referendum and if necessary pull down the IMAX!
· Supports residents opposing planning applications. Liberal party policy would limit the amount of applications developers can put in.
· Is against the low-wage economy and in favour of a minimum wage of £7.50 an hour with decent work conditions, education and training.
· Says NO to a casino and YES to more things for our young people. They asked for a Town Centre Ice Rink.
· Would protect our local shopping areas, Southbourne, Winton, Charminster, Westbourne,etc.
