Yes, this site is bare bones. No eye-candy - just the facts!
We'd rather spend the effort on taking care of the horses.

Full-care boarding - $400/month per horse
What your money buys you and your horse:
10x10 & 10x12 matted stalls, each with an outside window (approx 3x3 ft) for your horse to put his head
out so he can watch the world go by outside, and barred window/door on the aisle so he can watch what's going on inside. ("Stall Gard" (you supply) can easily be put up if your horse isn't an escape artist)
(One "double" stall suitable for foaling or mare with foal at side available at extra cost)
3x/day feeding daily Schedule "follows the sun" - Currently approx 8AM, 1 PM, and 8PM (and figuring a deliberate plus or minus half an hour of "wobble" to keep the horses from getting "clock sour"
Grass hay - Up to 10 pounds (Usually means about 2-3 flakes, depending on the bale) per feed
Grain (crimped oats and/or dry COB - others boarder-supplied) morning and/or evening as appropriate to each individual horse
(Optional, at evening feed) soaked beet pulp as appropriate to each individual horse
(Optional, boarder-supplied) "special" feed (I.E. Equine Senior, etc) in addition to or instead of standard grain/beet pulp as needed
(Optional, boarder-supplied) supplements as needed
(Optional, boarder-supplied) "special" hay (I.E. Alfalfa, "imported" coastal bermuda, etc) in addition to or instead of our standard grass hay
Water buckets cleaned and filled daily and topped up as needed throughout the day
Stall cleaned and bedded (shavings) at least once per day
Daily (weather and conditions permitting) turnout - May be individual or small group, depending on horse(s)
(application of boarder-supplied fly-spray/mask included - blanketing/"fly armor" extra)
Hot/cold wash rack
Indoor restroom with hot and cold running water
Misc services of a sober, native-english-speaking, live-in barn manager who owns two horses of his own and has 30+ years of horse experience.
Use of 3 sand-footing arenas:
120x60 covered and lighted arena (not suitable for jumping higher than about 3 feet due to low rafters/lights)
120x100 "squashed circle" outdoor suitable for most purposes
60x40 in-the-barn schooling arena suitable for walk/trot or "round-pen" type work
Features:
Short trailer ride to Soos Creek Trail or Young's Lake Trail
Access to several local farriers and veterinarians
Several local trainers will come in for lessons
Central to just about everywhere
"Other Stuff" available at extra cost:
Hold for farrier/vet/dentist/etc
Blanket or "fly armor" (other than mask for turnout) on/off - $5.00/day
Pills/other meds - you/your vet supply it, with instructions/schedule, and for a reasonable charge (to be discussed on an individual basis) the barn manager will deal with making sure it gets inside (or on, as appropriate) your horse. Applesauce or similar "distraction" may be a good idea...
Colic-walking/supervision hopefully won't ever be needed, but if it is, we'll discuss it on an individual basis.
Foal watch/foaling assistance - to be discussed individually
Other "not normal routine" items not listed here: availability and pricing can be discussed on a case-by-case basis, and some suitable arrangement can probably be made.
