I want a girl with a mind like a diamond
I want a girl who knows what’s best
I want a girl with shoes that cut
And eyes that burn like cigarettes
I want a girl with the right allocation
Who’s fast, and thorough, and sharp as a tack
She’s playing with her jewelry, she’s putting up her hair
She’s touring the facility and picking up slack
I want a girl with a short skirt,
And a long jacket

I want a girl who gets up early
I want a girl who stays up late
I want a girl with uninterrupted prosperity
Who uses a machetti to cut through red tape
With fingernails that shine like justice
And a voice that is dark like tinted glass
She is fast, thorough, and sharp as a tack
She’s touring the facility and picking up slack
I want a girl with a short skirt,
And a long, long jacket

MAJOR Political Science
SCHEDULE Imrah doesn’t even pretend to sit in on classes, she simply tells people that her major is Political Science, should they ask.

LIKES Being in charge, controlled situations, her own opinions, people who keep their opinions to themselves, online debate forums, long days at the gym, winning, classical music, coffee, Law and Order marathons, message board "discussions" about Law and Order, staying up late, getting up early, tearing down others, health food stores.
DISLIKES Arrogance, excessive and nonsensical pride, the opinionated, the disobedient, games she can’t win, games in general, empty words, leaving lose-ends, being "out of the loop", anything childish or ridiculous, fatty foods, cold weather, getting too much sleep.
HOBBIES Completing AMO assignments, creating strategies, solving word puzzles, dealing out "just desserts", issuing reality checks, dominating her favorite Law and Order message board, listening to the classical music station on Sirius, physical training, getting banned from forums for flaming, making trips to the local Starbucks, playing the antagonist.

SKILLS
Voice of Conscience; Those that Imrah converses with have the odd habit of examining their lives in her presence, taking note particularly of any recent misdeeds they might have committed. This reflection seems to be triggered, in some way, by the sound of her voice, and it will not die off until about ten minutes after the conversation has stopped, although, this depends on the person. For this reason, people are often either depressed or angry around her, making them particularly bad conversation partners.

Memory; A photographic memory ensures that Imrah recalls everything she reads, or perhaps the arrangement of objects within a room. This memorization is limited to visual aspects only, excluding any memories drawn from the other four senses. Its rather like she has an elite filing system within her brain, which logs all the activity of her eyesight. In that way, once a moment has been filed away, she can pull it out again when she needs or wants to.

Lie Detector; Imrah can spot a lie a mile away (most of the time), which is particularly useful when she’s trying to get information out of people. She will use this to try and flush out what they’re hiding, or to do something as simple as separating the trust worthy from the weasels.

Personality

First Glance; When someone encounters Imrah, they will see the most obvious aspects of her personality. She comes off as a rather critical loud-mouth, and although she doesn’t demonstrate any other aspects of arrogance, she seems rather full of herself simply because she hones in on the faults of others. At least she is fair in her complaints, and doesn’t exclude anyone from a good tongue lashing. Generally, Imrah just comes off as unapproachable and rather offensive, and is to be avoided.

Straight Forward; As a very frank person, Imrah is not the sort to keep her thoughts hidden. She will speak her mind with an almost unsettling clarity that demonstrates both determination and cleverness. As the saying goes, she is "good with words", and can relate a point, whether positive or negative, quite flawlessly. Very aware of this asset, she has a cutting tongue and biting opinions that will make targets of anyone under nearly any circumstance. She is rarely secretive or in denial, therefore, her peers tend to experience any up or down found on her emotional rollercoaster.

Judgmental, Critical; With the tendency to zero in on any character flaw found within the people she encounters, Imrah is not a very tolerant person. She views others as being similar to damaged goods--they were once whole and useful, however, over time they have all amassed cracks and tears. No one is exempt from this idea, except, perhaps, herself. Shortcomings must be found, exploited, and punished if at all possible. She views this as the only route to correcting a problem and achieving perfection. However, the common, everyday individual is incapable of achieving such a state.

Perfectionist; Everything must go in one direction--her direction. Imrah demands the maintenance of high standards from everyone, including herself. Anything else is likened to failure and must be corrected. This incorporates a very large section of life--health, fitness, performance, and completion. She is constantly striving for this state of equilibrium, and does not handle mistakes gracefully. She has a very high horse to fall off of, and doing so stings quite badly.

Apathetic; Despite her high standards and demanding moral opinions, Imrah could be described as apathetic, specifically when it comes to other people. If you like to talk about your life or your problems, she isn’t going to stick around to listen. In fact, she’ll probably give you the time of day for even trying, and tell you to suck it up. She acts this way mainly because she feels that people are the cause of their own problems. If they led better lives, things wouldn’t be nearly as complicated. This is one of Imrah’s favorite theories, one that she is constantly slapping others in the face with.

Extreme Nature; Imrah is reserved in her kindness and happiness, however, on the other end of the spectrum, she is quite liberal with her anger and punishment. It generally isn’t wise to provoke her wrath, for when she actually releases her tension she can be quite brutal. The response can be either verbal or physical; either way, it is bound to hurt terribly. This also is not something that just happens occasionally, as she is not stingy with her temper.

Calm; While she is a slave to her short fuse, Imrah is very stable when it counts, specifically when she is seeing to the interests of the AMO. In the face of a crisis, she is very calm and strategic, searching for the best route to avoid further disaster. Once she has a plan in mind, she simply executes it without any second thoughts or nervousness. However, built in to this self-assurance is the idea that casualties are acceptable, so if a few pedestrians or even members of her own team get hurt in the process, such a "sacrifice" was worth the end result.

Thorough; Imrah is talented as a leader or when flying solo, mainly because she takes an objective and achieves it in the most efficient way possible. If its within her capabilities she will fulfill every aspect of a command or goal, and she isn’t sloppy about it. Although, as noted before, any casualties are an acceptable aspect of circumstance. She is ruthless, driven, and completely committed to accomplishing whatever it is she sets out to accomplish.

Reliable; Due to her commitment to her goals, Imrah has earned a reputation for being quite reliable in the way that once she says she’s going to do something, she does it. Unfortunately, this feature only covers business matters or her own agendas. She doesn’t make personal promises to others, mainly because she doesn’t want to dirty her hands with their affairs. She doesn’t make excuses about this either, but will explain, in detail, why she would never deign to get involved with your problems. In this way she is reliable too--you can count on her insulting you and scorning the situation you’ve gotten yourself in to.

Matters of Love; It is fair to say that Imrah has never had a love life, though, she’s had a few opportunities over the years. She has very little interest in that direction, and is too judgmental to find an appropriate partner. Generally, she’s too busy looking for flaws in a person to notice any admirable qualities. Even if she does, on the off chance, see something positive in the opposite sex, it is far outweighed by the presence of any negative in their personality. Most men are intimidated by her attitude, and those who actually find her views attractive are either ignored or cut down by some scathing comments.

Overall; Imrah is the type that makes a good leader, specifically because she shows no partiality in her judgment. However, because of her attitude no one wants to work with her. For this reason, she usually remains alone, and seems content to do so. She frightens off others with her critical, cruel speeches, and has absolutely no friends or real relationships. Not that she would have it any other way, for fear that she might be tainted by the common lack of morality.

Appearance

Hair; Imrah’s hair is composed of a combination of dark and light colors, creating a unique contrast. The top layers are an off-white shade, except for the ends, which darken gradually into a charcoal gray. The underneath layers are the same charcoal gray, with the occasional streak of lighter gray and off-white. Her hair is rather full and thick, making it appear like she has more of it than she actually does. It falls a little past her shoulders with some heavy layering. The texture is naturally straight, and the bottom layers flip slightly under at the ends, while the shorter, top layers flip out. Wispy bangs also tend to fall over her right eye, and she generally doesn’t bother to push the strands out of the way. When she actually pulls her hair back, you can see her widow’s peak.

Facial Features; Imrah has a distinctively heart-shaped face, with rather prominent cheek bones and a pointed chin. Her lips are on the fuller side, and her nose is slightly turned up. She will occasionally wear makeup, but, it is generally confined to light eye shadow or a nude lip color. Anything beyond that would be too high-maintenance for her lifestyle. Her eyes are a calm indigo color, with a few scattered flecks of gold. They are framed by thick, dark lashes. Her eyebrows are also very dark, and a kept rather thin with a distinctive arch. The color of her skin, which is deeply tan with olive undertones, combined with her bone structure, lends her something of a Mediterranean look.

Build; Generally, the first impression of Imrah is that she is a very small woman. That tends to happen when you’re barely pushing 5’1 and a half. Her legs are the shorter end of her body, as might be expected, with her torso claiming the longer portion. As if to make up for her height, her breasts are about a C cup, and she isn’t lacking in curves. Imrah is pretty tone as well, sporting firm muscle in her arms, legs, and stomach. All those days at the gym pay off. She weighs about 111 pounds, though it tends to fluctuate up or down a pound or two through out the course of a week.

Clothing Style; If Imrah is not something, it’s vain. However, she isn’t a slob either, and likes to be well put together. She’s not big into labels, and she couldn’t care less about who’s wearing what. You might see her at a Value City or a Sears, but never in American Eagle or some other teen magnet. In fact, she gets most of her clothes online. Forget trying things on in the store. Her style is somewhat "blah", with a closet full of button up shirts, and long sleeve blouses in mainly neutral or dark colors. She mainly wears blacks, grays, greens, violets, and blues. Those warm shades are pushing it. Skirts are the devil, and she refuses to wear them also. They simply limit her movement to much. She owns about two or three pairs of jeans, which she’ll wear if nothing else is clean. Generally, she’s donning some form of slack, khaki, or track pant. Occasionally, she’ll saunter around in shorts, particularly if it’s hot. Any other purpose for showing off her legs is generally beyond her. Jewelry is also a no-no.

History

Imrah Kardos is the daughter of a mildly popular freelance photographer, Bence Kardos, and Darina Harris, a young woman who happened to be his accountant when they first struck up a relationship. They never actually married, but, Darina would travel with him from time to time when he took long commissions in other countries. About a year into their relationship, it was discovered that Darina had become pregnant. Bence wasn’t particularly opposed to kids, and he cared enough about his girl friend to stay with her for the full term. Imrah was born during the couple’s second trip to Genova, Italy. Following this, she promptly returned to the United States with momma, while Bence went off to Africa for another job. Darina found that she didn’t care much for raising a baby on her own, and didn’t really have the funds for it. Bence was no help, because he began showing up less and less frequently, and contributed very little money. Eventually, Darina went bankrupt, and when Imrah was about two, she shipped her off to her sister, Caroline, who lived in Cincinnati, Ohio. She and her husband, Ferris, raised the girl, and eventually were given permission to adopt her. Imrah was a bright kid, if somewhat cynical, and she made it through elementary school just fine. Through a certain amount of determination, she got enough credits to graduate from high school early, and she applied to OSU under her Aunt’s encouragement. Imrah got accepted without any problems, and is now attending the Columbus campus as a first year freshman. Her major is Political Science.
...At least that’s what she tells people when they actually ask. Of course, the entire thing is one big fabrication. She got part of the story off of one of those afternoon soap operas.

On Mythos, Sailor Nemesis was dedicated to the idea of balance and equalization. There had to be a carefully regulated amount of happiness and unhappiness, fortune and misfortune. As she examined her surroundings, she realized that this control was slowly slipping from her gasp. The world was at an imbalance, and the only way to fix it was to wipe the slate clean and start over. Nemesis quickly became obsessed with this idea, and began searching for a means to initiate this restoration. She found it in the being known as Rage.

Nemesis joined Rage willingly, shortly after the fighting broke out. The Paradise that Rage promised was not particularly appealing to her, in fact, she doubted the actual truth behind this ideal. However, her new leader represented a power which she alone did not possess, and the ability to accomplish a task that she could not manage on her own. As a result, she gave up her crystal to Rage, and began to fight against her former allies. Her mission: to purge them all from the face of Mythos.

She was at first disconcerted by the rebuilding of fallen senshi, however, she kept her opinions to herself. Nemesis remained focused on accomplishing Rage’s goals, with the hope that doing so would help her to accomplish some of her own. However, the battle hit a stalemate, and any plans were put on hold when they began to chase Sailor Geras and the fleeing crystals. Space travel gave her a great deal of time for reflection, and the strength of her obsession only seemed to intensify. She would find those crystals for Rage, and eventually complete her own mission.

On earth, Nemesis was met by an imbalance of another kind. On Mythos, happiness had far outweighed unhappiness. However, on earth, she found that it was unhappiness and injustice that ran rampant. Because of this, she began to view all of the "earthlings" as damaged goods, rather like her fellow senshi had been. Her study of earth made her rather appalled and irritable, and so after choosing a name and constructing a history for herself, she became absorbed in her service to Rage out of need for distraction.

Earth culture still leaves her rather annoyed and disgusted, so, she tries not to become too involved with it or the people there. She instead spends her time mainly hunting for the lost crystals, or cleaning up the messes left behind by the lower ranking AMO members. They’re all crack jobs.

ELEMENTS OF INFLUENCE
Vengeance, judgment, and conscience

UNIFORM
Locket; Small and circular, with something resembling a handle descending from the bottom. It is about the size of a closed fist. When unopened, it resembles two bronze patera that have been welded together. On the top (or what would be the underside of the front dish) the Wheel of Judgment is imprinted in the center. The locket opens upward, revealing another image, that of a measuring scale. Just below this is an indentation that appears to have housed an object at some point in time. There is a notable crack through the surface of the front patera.

Color Scheme; Mulberry, with platinum as a secondary color. There is also some bronze here and there. Back in the day, the mulberry was a lighter red-violet.

Hair; When transformed, Nemesis' hair is the same color and length as in her civilian form, however, the style changes slightly. The front strands, such as her fringe and side layers are swept back into a messy bun on the back of her head, while the underneath layers remain down.

Laurels; A full wreath that rests lightly on her head. The leaves are bronze in color, and tear drop shaped, like those of an apple tree. They are slightly wilted and droop over her hair.

Minidress; The color of the dress is mulberry, and it is a standard length. It is split on either side, the slits running up to about her waist, allowing more of her pale gray toga to peak through. Instead of sleeves, bronze, leather straps are attached at the top of each shoulder that rather resemble bridles. These wrap around her arm with the slack hanging down to just above her wrist Two more bronze straps criss-cross in an "X" across her back, over her minidress, and there is another that encircles her waist. The fabric around the hem of her dress is slightly tattered. Her toga is also standard, although, it is slightly shorter than what is typical, to the point that it is on the verge of being indecent. A platinum bow rests in the center of her chest, keeping her dress in place.

Accessories; A thick, platinum strap, resembling a choker, is worn at her throat. Two pieces of platinum cloth drape from this strap in the back, falling to about the back of her knees. The way they fall resembles the way wings might hang when held shut. On her hands she wears mulberry colored, fingerless gloves that reach her wrists. On the back of each is the symbol of the Wheel of Judgment in light grey.

Footwear; Platinum colored, leather boots that come up to about mid thigh. They have thick cuffs at the top, with a light grey Wheel of Judgment in the center of each on the front. Adding a little to her height, they have roughly three inch heels.

ABILITIES
TRANSFORMATION

Nemesis Enrage! Makeup!
Description;
A mixture of dark smoke and a red liquid pour forth from her locket. The dark smoke begins to cloud the surrounding area, as a few drops of the liquid fall to the ground. This activates a glowing image of the Wheel of Judgment beneath her feet. It flickers for a moment, before shooting a curtain of mulberry light upwards that melts away her clothing and temporarily dispels the smoke. More red liquid continues to pour forth from her locket, wrapping around the areas of her body where the straps of her costume would lay. After a moment, the liquid transforms into the leather, making it appear as if she is temporarily held in bondage. Red liquid then begins to stream from the corners of her eyes, as if she is crying tears of blood. As the liquid drains away, her eyes slowly become that of a predatory bird until the change is complete. Smoke then twists around her body. As it begins to tighten, it becomes the remainder of her costume. The transformation finishes as she crosses both arms over her chest, and looks ahead with a particularly bland expression.

ATTACK ONE

Righteous Indignation!
Description;
After calling out the attack phrase, the image of the Wheel of Judgment appears before her. Pulling a rung from it, the image disappears as the rung expands into her Discipline Rod (see "Weapon"). Raising the rod, she twists it around her body with both hands. After a moment, she makes a fake jab at her opponent to disconcert them, pulling back at the last second. In the same movement, she raises the rod over her head, before bringing it down on the top of her opponent’s skull in a narrow arc. Upon making contact, the rod vanishes.

Effect If successful, the rod releases a burst of energy on the top of the victims head that has been known to throw a person a couple of feet backwards. The impact causes a temporary paralysis in the opponent’s neck and spine, leaving them open for further attack. The effects wear off in roughly 60 seconds, although, the victim is likely to still be pretty sore even after it does.

Should the attack miss the individual’s skull, glancing to the side or not making impact at all, the paralysis does not take effect, and the burst of energy does not occur. It’s merely like experiencing a regular blow from the rod.

The attack can be used three times in a twelve hour period. Each time it is used, it drains some of Nemesis’ energy.

ATTACK TWO
Reflective Equilibrium!
Description;
More of a finishing ability, this attack does not cause damage, nor does it protect against it. After proclaiming the phrase, a battle situation will stabilize, or revert to its former state. Damaged cement or sidewalks will be repaired. Crumbling walls will become whole again. Dead trees or plant life will once more spring to life. Basically, any inanimate object affected during the fight will be repaired, as if nothing had ever been disturbed.

Effect; This ability makes Nemesis particularly good at cleaning up messes. Unfortunately, it only covers a small radius, such as half a city block. It can also only be used once every 24 hours, and leaves Nemesis particularly drained and weak, as it feeds off of her life energy. Using it also makes her other attack, Righteous Indignation, inaccessible for the full 24 hours.

SPECIAL SKILLS
Voice of Conscience, Part Two; A heightened version of her civilian ability to bring a person’s wrongdoing to mind. Instead of causing simple depression or anger, the sound of her voice induces a longing in another person to be punished for a moral crime they might have committed, or a mistake they might have made. This causes them to be drawn to Nemesis, or perhaps to be more careless in their fighting, as if they no longer care about their personal safety. For this effect to manifest, Nemesis has to be talking to a person directly, and it doesn’t work at all on entire groups.

Intimidation; When Nemesis transforms, the appearance of her eyes are severely altered. They become flat and glassy, with fixed pupils that are a reflective golden-yellow. Her eyes have a rather eerie resemblance to the predatory gaze of an eagle. This can be quite intimidating should her gaze lock onto you, as if you were the prey she was about to swoop down and capture. Others are less intimidated, and more shocked by this aspect of her transformation.

PANDORA
Nemesis’ Pandora takes the form of a gryphon that is about the size of a full grown, male lion. It can be quite a pesky creature due to the fact that it can fly. With the tendency to try and wear it’s target out before making an attack, its skills are mostly evasive. However, if you can keep up with it and get a good shot in, it’s very easy to bring down because of it’s low tolerance to pain.

WEAPON

Nemesis wields an altered version of a bow staff, which manifests during her attack "Righteous Indignation". Its about 36 inches long, spanning more than half her height. Instead of wood, it is made of a platinum metal that hits rather like iron. On either end, the metal curves to the side, and then down to the left (top) or up to the right (bottom), forming diagonal lines that pull away from the body of the weapon. It rather resembles one of the rungs on the Wheel of Judgment.

Nemesis uses the staff only for specific magical attacks. She calls it her "Discipline Rod", which is rather accurate. Wielding it with precession, it is clear that she’s had both training and experience with the use of a staff.
