Hi and thanks for stopping by. With the support and sponsorship of the very new and very small local publisher called Black River Books and its owner Allen Adair, I will be blogging the vampire novel KINGDOM OF NIGHT.
I've never had an interest in blogging before, but I have been taken in by some of the novels-in-progress that I have read in various online journals, most notably David Wellington's MONSTER ISLAND and DAY BY DAY ARMAGEDDON by J.L. Bourne.
It didn't take me long to realize that this form of writing can become a great motivator. Hopefully, readership will grow a little and along the way, I will meet fellow authors and fellow lovers of horror fiction. Things will be fairly informal around here--if you read KINGDOM OF NIGHT, you will find mistakes. This is a first draft, so I'm diving in and plan to have fun with this. This is the old "vomit-on-the-page" stage--getting the words and the ideas down. The grueling process of re-writes comes later.
