TERMS & CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS OF HIRE
1. A £75 deposit is required for each booking which will secure your holiday. Due to a large amount of enquiries your deposits MUST reach us within 7 days of receiving your booking form. If you are booking 8 weeks prior to your holiday stay the full amount must be paid within 7 days.
Bookings are from 3pm on arrival to 10am on departure.
2. On receiving your payment a receipt will be returned. This will confirm your booking and show the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday. However, no further reminder will be sent. Should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan. For special events and short notice breaks the full amount must be sent to us within 7 days. As you can appreciate we have a large amount of enquiries for our holiday home. No reminder or phone call will be made to chase payment. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LET ANOTHER GUEST HAVE THE
3. An additional £100 cleaning/damage waiver fee is added to the holiday price, and is refunded to you after your holiday as long as the caravan has been left clean and tidy and there are no breakages or damages caused during your stay. If any damage is caused to the caravan, the £100 will be kept towards the cost. It will be refunded after 7 days following your stay. This bond is returned from OURSELVES AND
4. SORRY WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS and STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN THE CARAVAN. Your £100 cleaning/damage waiver fee will not be refunded if this has happened as it will pay towards the airing and extra cleaning cost of the caravan.
5. No all female or all male parties accepted. No bookings will be accepted for young groups or young parties consisting of all male or all female parties. The hirer must be over the age of 21.
6. If in the opinion of the site manager, any party is guilty of unreasonable conduct which causes a nuisance to other park guests, the owner or site manager may re-take possession of accommodation immediately without compensation to the party.
7. The accommodation shall be used only by persons listed on the booking form. Any breach of this condition shall entitle us to terminate the booking with no refund. The caravan is for 8 people only; due to insurance purposes anymore people that are not listed on the booking form will be breaking the rules. Once the completed booking form is received by us then no extra persons can be added.
8. The lead person on the booking form shall be responsible for all members of the party. Please ensure that no items provided in the caravan are removed during or after your stay. You are responsible for all contents in the caravan during your stay and any breakages or damage to the furniture, fixtures, fittings, inventory or caravan, must be paid for by the lead name on the booking form. Please ensure that our holiday home is left clean, tidy and ready for the next guests.
9. We do not accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage which may be sustained by the applicants or their party, during their holiday. You may wish to arrange your own holiday insurance.
10. Please respect our carpets, the £100 bond will be KEPT for the cleaning of them if heavily soiled. Please leave all muddy shoes outside. Thank you.
11. Cheques should be made payable to us- details given later after booking.
12. NO PAINTS OR FELT TIP PENS PLEASE. WE WILL KEEP THE DAMAGE WAIVER FEE FOR ANY EXTRA CLEANING CAUSED BY PENS/ PAINTS.
13. A contents list will be sent with the receipt of your final balance to help you arrange your necessary packing, along with the details of how to reach the caravan once at the Haven site.
Please make sure you check the contents list for anything that’s missing or damaged as soon as you arrive and inform us immediately. That way you won’t be held responsible for the cost.
14. If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone us in the first instance and NOTIFY US IN WRITING.
IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, THE FOLLOWING CHARGES APPLY:
