My name is Don White and this is my hockey site and it takes time to update.  So bear with me if there are some things that are not up to date on my tradelist or wantlist.  I spend a lot of time at a new site called:
http://www.sportscardforum.com/register.php?referrerid=8991 that is going to be a great place to trade.  There is a solid group of traders in all the sport forums and in other areas of the site to create a great environment.  SCF tries to keep the bad traders off the net plain and simple unlike some other boards that do not monitor this activity.  If you think trading cards is fun this site rocks as it has a ebay style feedback, a arcade, chat, a place to create specific usergroups for more specific trading, and much much more.  The site was built with you (the trader) in mind and with more of your input the site will be what most collectors look for in a trading site.  Of course not all sites are not for everyone but I say what the hey visit it in the above link and see if you like it or not.  If you ever have a question you want to ask feel free to e-mail me at Doniceage@hotmail.com .

I am always looking to trade for redwings and other nice collectibles for my personal collection.  If I am trading redwings I will want redwings in return or something equal to it in wings.   Hope to hear from you and hopefully we can make some deals.

P.S. If any of your are truly into hockey or doing shows let me know.  As I love meeting memeber that love to trade.  Here are a few pics from the past.

DON AND IAN set up at the Gibrlaltar Trade Center.  (A thanks to Bob who took the pic.  He is a dealer who sets up there every month.  A great all around guy to chat hockey and cards).

Our table setup at the show

Doniceage and Utopiakorn from SCS  We both used to be Mod's at SCS and just been good friends ever since.  Went to the Draft in Nashville together and since we always kept in touch.  I mean when a guy drives a few hundred miles to your house you definitely got a cool bud to have a good chat with and trade some cardboard.

Here are some people that I met at a recent show in Michigan (Gibraltar Trade Center in Mt. Clemens) right after the Thanksgiving brea
k in 2006.

- 2003 Nashville Draft

Went to the 2003 Draft with a member from SCS (Utopiakorn).  Had a blast as it was the first trip for both of us at a NHL DRAFT.  Needless to say neither of us were dissapointed.  It only helped me learn a few tricks of the trade for the draft below.

2003 NHL DRAFT pamphlet signed by tons of the various draftee's.

2003 Nashville 1st round pick's (Guest Signer's) Scottie Upshall, Scott Hartnell, Dan Humhius, Brian Finley, and David Legwand.

- 2004 Draft

Went to the 2004 Draft and met Deerickson88, MasterP, Puckfrmcali, from Sportscardsheriff (now at STC).   Obtained some nice memento's from the 2004 drafts including Alexander O. along with 6 of the top 10 .  Take a look at the pictures and hopefully you enjoy them as much as I do.

Wife Goalie Helmet that she had signed by all the draftee's.

My auto's from the draft on a Goalie Stick.

- 2007 Columbus Draft
Went to the 2007 Columbus Draft and met some of the same crew Ian and Darryl.  Mike couldn't make it but hey even though you miss your bud your not going to let one friend stop ya from enjoying all the HOCKEY ACTION.  So here a quick run down of the events and what we did while there.  Here is a little article that I posted if anyone wants to read it:  http://www.sportstradercentral.com/rink-discussion/13585-2007-nhl-draft-rewind.html

Some of the items we got autographed are as followed:

This hat has the following auto's plus a few more (wasn't sure who they were)!!

Jakob Voracek 1st round 7th pick COLUMBUS BLUEJACKETS
Ryan McDonagh 1st round 12th pick MONTREAL CANADIENS
Angelo Esposito 1st round 20th pick PITTSBURGH PENGUINS
Brendan Smith 1st round 27th pick DETROIT REDWINGS
Trevor Cann 2nd round 49th pick COLORADO AVALANCHE
Keven Veilleux 2nd round 51st pick PITTSBURGH PENGUINS
Jeremy Smith 2nd round 54th pick NASHVILLE PREDATORS

Wife got most of the autographs above on the bottom stick while I did the top stick on the 2nd day, as she watched the 2nd round to the 7th on Saturday afternoon from the seats instead of on her feet chasing auto's with me.

I also have quite a bit of video footage on you tubes under Doniceage if you want to check it out.  Also, there about a dozen or so more pictures int he aritcle of other graphs, rookies, etc. that I didn't take the time to show here.

I suggest if you ever trade on the net or tradesites that you check or ask for references.  Make sure you take the time to ask the people they refer or even the sites they frequent.  Ask around especially if they give a limited number of references.   As a ripoff, scam, or bad trade can cause even the most passionate trader grief and pain in the loss of some cards and the state of human kind.  I am not being philosophical but am just trying to arm the good traders like myself agains the people that are looking to take advantage of us.  If you have any questions feel free to check out this site.

BAD TRADER DATABASE

If you have any questions about any of the members there or would like to add a bad trader feel free to contact Antonio and he will work with you to help keep the bad guys on the run. It his job and he loves it sad to say.  Thank goodness he is not armed with a gun but a website.
