I'm on the slow end of recovery after an accident that could have removed this author from the world. I was on my vacation and my dad, my best friend her son and I were riding the ATVs down a trail (one I've ridden on dozens of times before) when suddenly I go from sitting on the ATV and looking down to sitting on the ground looking up. My dad and my best friend have done their best to fill in the gory details for me...I'm glad I can't remember. All I will say is I'm sore, I'm battered, bruised and now on top of it all I have a nasty infection that developed due to the lack of care I received at the emergency department at the hospital following the wreck. Bitter? Yes, a little. I would be well on my well to healing if they'd have done their job completely. Anyway...
