Despite what the weird title suggests, Chibodee is not feminine in any way (except for the patch of pink hair). His crew consists of foxy vixens, one named Bunny, and he is a great boxer. He grew up in the streets of New York, stealing and beating people up, and then he was brought up to the colony because he had great potential. Chibodee represents Neo America as their Gundam fighter. Along with this, he is the colony boxing champion with "an unparalleled record of 100 consecutive victories." He pilots the awesome Gundam Maxter that Domon spaired by only destroying it's right arm and not it's head. Now Chibodee is trying to find Domon and defeat him. Chibodee is said to be "cheerful, optimistic, and generous to a fault" and "the living embodiment of the American dream."
