Malachai has been adopted and went to his new home with Mick on Sunday, November 5th, 2006! What a happy ending for a wonderful dog!
Meet Malachai - he is neutered, current on his vaccinations, heartworm negative and on preventive. He is also house (he'll go nudge his leash to get your 
attention) and crate trained. The best home for Malachai will be with a family that walks every night and will enroll Malachai in obedience classes.
Malachai LOVES to run in the fenced area and feel the wind in his fur! He walks pretty good on a leash and is okay with some dogs and could probably be worked with on cats.
Malachai needs to go to a home with previous large dog experience. Only kids over 10 and he needs a fenced yard.

ADOPTED - Thank you Gil and Jo Anne! August 2006 Katie is an Am staff terrier with beautiful markings and stance. Katie may be pure American Staffordshire Terrier, but we aren’t sure. She spent 4 months in the 
local shelter, and quickly became the shelter’s favorite. Since they don’t adopt any type of Pit to the general public, they held onto her waiting for a rescue to pull her and give her a chance. Katie is a sweet puppy, rides wonderfully in a car, is crate trained, outstanding with other dogs, cats, horses and everybody she meets.
She has been living with a family for the past few months that has an inside cat and a three year old child and Katie has been doing fine with both and often visits the horse stables where she also does fine. She is close to being house broke if not already there and walks well on a leash, and knows basic commands (sit and lay down). Katie is still a puppy and has lots of energy and will need someone with puppy patience who is willing to walk her and play with her as she grows and matures. Katie is very smart, thrives on companionship, and goes in her crate at night and always looks forward to seeing you with wiggles in the morning. Katie will develop into a very loving, smart, and loyal dog, just wanting to be with and share her life with you, she is an absolutely beautiful and wonderful girl.
Katie thought this was her "forever home", but such is not the case. Due to problems that are not caused by her, she is looking for another chance to have a complete family! Kierra was adopted! Thank you entire Neal Family! July 2006
Kierra was a "free to good home" gone bad, due to an impending divorce in the family Kierra needed to find a new home. She was given away to someone (didn't even know their name...), and after being gone for 2 months during which she was "lost" most of that time and when not "lost" she was tied out on a rope, she was finally returned.
Kierra's luck changed, where in her previous home, she was an "outside only" dog, she now enjoys living the life of luxury with an entire family to call her own!
Kierra has proved that a 2 1/2 year old young lady can make a complete change from being outside, to becoming house broke and a perfect lady in the house! No more dealing with the heat and the cold on her own, she is now and "officially" spoiled Rottweiler!

Meet Bear, he’s current on all vaccines, heartworm negative and on prevention, housebroken, good with kids, cats, and (some) other dogs. He’s very mellow and loves everyone he meets. Bear needs a fenced yard as he thinks the world is his to explore at his leisure (and we know how that’s not true!), an owner that wants to walk him a couple of times a day along with the fenced in yard would make his dreams come true!
Bear REALLY wants his own home, someone that will love him and not be afraid to show him that love!
