Doggie Hotel Vereda Las Barracas

Not a conventional kennel. Your Pet is cared for in a home environment and has the run of the garden any time with pets of a similar size. I care for just five or six dogs maximum at any one time, so each one receives lots of attention love and cuddles. My main objective is to provide an interesting and stimulating environment creating a happy atmosphere for your pets holiday.

Vaccinations

Your pet should be vaccinated prior to his/her stay at the Doggie Hotel and the appropriate documentation should be presented on or prior to arrival.

Unspayed or Uncastrated Pets

Unfortunately, I am unable to accept female dogs in season.  Where a possibility exists of the season starting during your pets stay here, it will be the responsibility of the owner to have their vet postpone the season before arrival.

Arrival and Departure Day

I normally allow arrivals any time between the hours of 10am until 6.30pm and can collect between these hours also.  This applies Monday to Saturday. 

Clothing

Dogs should arrive outfitted with a lead and conventional collar.  If your dog has not been treated with Frontline or X Spot, please fit an anti-parasite collar.  If your dog arrives without an anti-parasite collar, I can provide one and add the cost to your final bill.

Bedding, Toys Etc

I provide everything required, but if your pet has a comfort blanket or toy which provides a link with home, then bring them along.  However, I cannot guarantee the return of toys intact as some of my guests are more destructive than others.  Eating and drinking bowls need not be brought as these are provided.

Health

Please advise the current health status of your pet.  It is essential that I am made aware of any recent illness, injury or medical treatment your pet has received.  The health policy I have is that I treat any dog in my care as if it were my own and will not hesitate to call in Veterinary assistance should I feel it necessary.  I will attempt to contact the owner if at all possible before doing so.  I use Pets World in San Miguel.  Al Vets bills will be added to the client's final account.

Food

Provided by you so that your doggie continues with his/her usual diet.
