Hi, I'm Ned. I first came to the town of Dodo Vista, Hawaii about a year ago, and the retardation effect is already setting in. The massive amounts of stupidity in and around Dodo Vista has caused all the humans living in the town to forget most everything about their lives outside it. But it's alright, because this place is the good life!
