Also as been announced by me a couple months ago I'm re-issueing all Put B-More On The Map mixtapes (Except Volume 9). They were supposed to be on Datpiff but Instead I decided to use megaupload so you can download it from here, my myspace page or the Label myspace page and not deal with the limited or premium access bullshit on datpiff. The mixtapes should all be fixed up and will all be re-released with the DM License only by February 2009 (thats right, Volumes 1 thru 6 will lose the Eastside Kingz License Volumes 7 & 8 will lose the Rebel Royale license).
Now for bad news. The mixtapes "Put B-More On The Map Volume 10", "DM Takeover" & The Long Awaited EPMD mixtape "Taking Care Of Business" has been canceled. I'm just going to stop the Put B-More On The Map Series where it is, Dm Takover won't come out becuase DJ Ulix has been removed from the label.and EPMD mixtape won't come out because I took any time to make it.
Last but Not least I'm working on another DM website so its friendly for the PSP (PlayStation Portable) systems. all news that comes through here will also go to the PSP-Firendly site too. You will be able to download wallpapers and the officially coming soon DM PSP Themes. The link to the website is http://dmmusiconlinepsp.webs.com/.

Well, I said I update people on my latest news so here it is.
Yes, its kind of bad but I might be stepping down as a mixtape DJ but I will still run DM. Reason for me stepping down is because ever since I got DM where I want it to be trying to maintain it is a bitch. I will still release my upcoming mixtapes listed below.
EPMD - Taking Care Of Business
Put B-More On The Map Volume 10
DJ D-Mob & DJ Ulix's DM Takeover
I was supposed to release more "Put B-More On The Map" mixtapes up to 19 and then put it up but since running a label becomes hard work I need to stop so I canfocus on the label. I know this is a short news post but I know all of you got to know.
By DJ D-Mob
Hello Everybody. Alot of my fans have been asking me about that jackass KWagginPromo on datpiff and how I should diss the shit out of him. Well for the people who asked and requested, you are getting it right here right now.
NOW, for the people who are like "Who is KWagginPromo?". KWagginPromo is some dumb little trash talker on datpiff who saids hes from Baltimore. The dude saids he supports the movement of getting Baltimore on the map but to make it even more funny, he disses me. If you know whats good and you are a supporter of getting Baltimore on the map, SUPPORT THE DJS WHO BUST THEIR ASSES TO MAKE THOSE MIXTAPES!!!
Now to rost him, I'm going to use his dumbass comments he made. with every comment there will be a response (especially the retarded ones he made). Let's start off with the ones off Put B-More On The Map - Da Best Of Charm City.
FIRST COMMENT

Well let's say this, this is the first hater I ever got from the city WHERE I'M FROM!!! Basicially, he said all my exclusives were old but what an idiot because some of the tracks are more newer than the others.
TRACKS THAT WERE NEW-ISH AT THAT TIME AND WERE ON THE MIXTAPE!!!
- Shy & B.O.M.B - In The Night (They sent it to me so It may have been new-ish in a way)
- A-Maz-On Feat. Kal - Muscle Up (It was poppin when I was working on it so... I put it on the mixtape)
- TestMe - Dreamin' (It was poppin at that moment in time so if its still poppin then its going on the mixtape)
- E Watts - My Swag (Another track that was sent to me. FREE WATTS!!!)
- Bossman - Foolish Freestyle (at the time the mixtape came out, the track may have been about a week old so it was New-ish)
- Young Leek - So Delicious (It was on Young Leek's myspace at one point but before the mixtape was under development he took it down and I had the track so... I threw it on)
- Bossman Feat. Scola - Ghetto (like I said about the TestMe track above, if its still poppin then its going on the mixtape)
- Secret Twin & Trap - My Niggaz (Remix) (Another track that was sent to me)
- Bossman & Los A Millie fgreestyles (Los freestyle was kinda new in a way but Bossman's was more newer, Bossman's freestyle is as old as his Foolish freestyle)
- Ogun - Repetition (A track a friend sent to me, he said the track was new at the time I was making the mixtape so it went on)
Also about his tranny comments. basicially saying this "DJ sounds like a tranny" means that I sound like a bitch. Think what you want about my voice but remember, YOU WERE THE FIRST ONE who commented about my voice. Moving on.
SECOND COMMENT

He was replying to this one guy who calls himself "rundagame2007" and talkin more shit about me. KWagginPromo made another reply after this but he only said "A bunch of fag ass no name niggaz" but there's no need to comment that because he ain't no damn different. Now I have alot to say about this comment. First off he said I recorded this shit in my bathroom. Well it was my bedroom but ok. And he said something about my little brother as you can tell. If you know me well enough then you would know that I don't even have a little brother. I have a older brother but hes been living on his own since last year and my parents live in Ohio and I live in New Jersey. What a dumbass. That's why I always say don't talk shit about somebody unless you know them in person. Next Comment
THIRD COMMENT

Well, It wasn't a snitch rally. Basicially he never understood what the hell was going on. At the time the shit with St. Laz and Datpiff went down I was talking to St. Laz about doing a mixtape with him because I saw all his mixtapes have a shitload of listens and downloads on datpiff but he lied to me about it. I don't care who you are if you got to lie to me about your damn rep then I can't fuck with you then. And as for supporting snitching. first off, I never supported snitching one bit and I still don't to this day. But seriously, if somebody is getting good listens and downloads and you want to do a mixtape with him and he said all these good things and then you find out he lied to you the whole time what would you do? Work with him and fuck up what rep you built or Go "WTF! HE LIED TO ME"??? I think you know what the smartest answer is. If you don't then you're just a fucking idiot.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, its time to get off relation because I had enough dissing him because this is mostly pointless (I only did this for you my fans, remember that) and theres too much to comment on him about. but lets put this up, its a more recent comment from In De Face 6 and I really don't feel like going to datpiff and typing up 2 comments to make my point. lets start.

Well, I'm not going to diss him because he gave me plenty good comments on some my mixtapes but to answer the whole 21229 thing to him. I lived on Edmondson Ave. every time me, my brother or my parents brought in the mail the zip code said 21229 on the mail. Also let me add that Edmondson Ave. is one of the streets Bossman shouted out on his track "Oh!" as one of the streets of West Baltimore.
And sure, hes right about a snitch is a snitch but I only said the original meaning of a snitch. Its true, snitching is telling on somebody in any way but some people need to understand, when you were about to work with a rapper (St. Laz) who lied to you about everything then thats a bad sign. That marks that hes a rapper you can't trust because he lies to you. But I'm serious, once you lie to me I can't work with you (talking about St. Laz). I never snitched on St. Laz in any way. Datpiff Put up the snitch comments and told defsounds to put up a news post about it so if you say I WAS snitching (which I'm NOT saying anybody who's reading this is nor the peson who made this comment) then that's just fucked up.
also he put up a "SMH" on all internet wangsters. If I'm marked as one of them please relize that I'm just defending myself from his remarks, But I already ended this shit. I said I'm done with him so this is MY LAST remark on KWagginPromo ever. If he decides to diss me on another comment on another mixtape then feel free but I will not respond, I'll just let it go on through and not even worry about that dumbass.
Also for the people who keeps on telling me to put this up and all that other randomness stop sending me e-mails about KWagginPromo, I get enough of those a day and I'm tired of reading them. I gave y'all this to shut up about him. Hes non of my worries and he never has.

I just typed this on my Myspace blog so if you don't have a myspace you can read it all here.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Sup everybody, I minus well announce this to everybody. the Put B-More On The Map Series mixtapes volumes 1 through 8 will be released under a DM-Only License therefore any mixtape from the series from the labels Eastside Kingz Entertainment and Rebel Royale Entertainment will be re-issued to be DM-Only releases but there will be changes on the re-issue copies. Read the changes below.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
By Tre-Lo
Sup everybody, this is Tre-Lo, the co owner and co-founder of the label. And I'm here to put up a blog-like news post that really is about DJ D-Mob and Rebel Royale. I know I don't post as much so this might be my last one... For about 2 months.
Well, me and D-Mob have been talking about his time at Rebel Royale Entertainment and while everything started good, D-Mob came out and explained his full reason why he wanted out of the label. His original reason to the public was He dosen't like being in a label ran by somebody else which is true. But he said to me that there was another reason.
D-Mob came clean that he also wanted to leave Rebel Royale because when it came down to to it he felt like he wasn't being as respected like everybody else in the label but on the other hand, he was promoting his labelmates while at Rebel Royale but felt like they weren't promoting him on the other hand. Heres some example first, lets do a DJ D-Mob mixtape first.
Let's put up Put B-More On The Map Volume 8 - Da Grand Finale as an example, that mixtape looked like it was never promoted by anyone. DJ D-Mob couldn't promote it at that time because he was on vacation for Christmas (if you can remember, the mixtape came out on Christmas Eve of last year). D-Mob then blamed it on no Bossman tracks and Hunit Stackz had a shit fit when he read the post feeling like D-Mob was going to fuck up the label's rep. Stackz then started insaulting Shy and Chino Dinero also known as the "Go Hard Clik" about their song "Pull It Out" which featured on the mixtape saying it was a shitty song. Nothing went well from there as in the begining of March, DJ Newport removed D-Mob from the label and D-Mob said he was upset and happy at the same time. Upset because DM wasn't at full throttle and we didn't have any artists to the label besides Doc-1 from Philly and he was happy because he said their promotion for him was really bad at times but when it came to Hunit Stackz or backland or anybody else in the label they were getting good promotion. Their blame on the Put B-More On The Map Volume 8's flop was the tracklist. let me say that again but in BOLD letters. THE TRACKLIST. Heh, what the fuck, the major labels sometimes say that shit too. They knew they weren't promoting him and it had NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TRACKLIST STACKZ so if I was in that situation and they kicked me out the label, I BE FUCKIN HAPPY AS HAPPY CAN BE!!!!!!!!!!!
Not let's put up a Non-DJ D-Mob mixtape. Ever been on Screwattack if you have you may know who the Angry Video Game Nerd is. I'm about to review this like he would but instead of it being a shitty video game it'll be a shitty mixtape.
NOW, they want a bad tracklist. TAKE A LOOK AT THIS FUCKIN BULLSHIT FOR A TRACKLIST!!! I'd bet most people didn't know this trash came out until I just posted this this pile of dog shit on this post seeing that the mixtape was slept on more than any other Newport mixtape so 10 to 1 he didn't want his rep to get damaged by that piece of shit so to protect his rep he said the DJ was "Rebel Royale Ent". Anyways, the mixtape came out after D-Mob was taken out the label. The mixtape title is "Smack Down: NY Vs. Bmore" and The mixtape was used to compare New York's rap to Baltimore's rap which I really don't care about because Vs. mixtapes can be good. I guess the mixtape was DJ Newport's response to people saying people from Baltimore act like people from New York. Oh, yea we walk around New York calling our dogs "Dugs". I Used to live in Baltimore but I'm from Brooklyn, Baltimore does NOT sound like a bunch of New York niggas! Like I said, VS. mixtapes can be good but what made this mixtape suck??? I'll tell you, the selection of New York rappers was pretty good but when it came down to Baltimore rappers, besides Los and Barnes IT WAS MAINLY RAPPERS SIGNED TO REBEL ROYALE OR BLOCK BOY MUSIC! Like what they should've did in the first damn place is put a track or two that are songs from their label roster on the mixtape but DON'T GIVE THEM 85% OF THE DAMN MIXTAPE! Maybe thats why the mixtape didn't do too good, the selection for the Baltimore rappers was bad, he put up 5 Baltimore artists and compared them to 7 New York Aritsts. C'mon its like a Handycap match, its like what the fuck was DJ Newport thinking. MAKE IT EVEN!!! Speaking of Handicap match, the covers are just too damn corny. They basicially gave it a WWF Smackdown flavor (or WWE but the covers use the old initnals). The back cover is even more fuckin corny and fuckin funny as shit, Its a picture of The Rock and the logo for the Smackdown: Just Bring It video game for PS2. Seriously, WHAT THE FUCK DOES THE ROCK AND THE WWF GOT TO DO WITH NEW YORK OR BALTIMORE??? Well fuck this, its a bad mixtape, I'm done.
Only reason why I did an all-out bad review for this mixtape because when D-Mob told me that Hunit Stackz said Put B-More On The Map Volume 8 flopped because of the tracklist I just had enough. When D-Mob told me that I was just laughing my ass off.
3 Keys on how a mixtape can flop...
1. The DJ's popularity (which D-Mob gained his fame as a DJ thanks for his ideas of EXPANDING his horizions and doing stuff outside of Baltimore, Madface Monstaz for example)
2. The city it takes place in (basicially, Baltimore's hip hop is still mainly unknown to the general public but I DO SUPPORT the Baltimore movement to get on the map even though I'm from NY. But when it comes to D-Mob's mixtapes he mainly can attract attention)
Now lets put up the last reason, THE BEST POINT ever made...
3. BAD PROMOTION!!! (Thats right, I said it)
By DJ D-Mob
I know alot of people have been waiting for mine and DJ Ulix's mixtape "DM Takeover" to drop but due to a serious personal situation that happened yesterday, DM Takeover will be delayed until further notice and the tracks that were selected will be taken off the tracklist (so the tracklist will be wiped) so the DM Takeover has no tracks on the playlist.
I'm sorry for the news, I hope everybody can handle the wait.
By DJ D-Mob
check it out below
well, let me add 2 more.
DM Takeover II (Will come out once DM Takeover I is out of course but after the EPMD mixtape is finished and released).
Put B-More On The Map Volume 9.5 (its what I call a prototype mixtape which means I may not release it but I might. but we'll just see right???)
By DJ D-Mob
For the past few days I have been getting messages on myspace, mainly on "why did Put B-More On The Map Volume 9 flop on datpiff?". For the people who asked that question must have decided NOT to pay any attention but if you didn't know I'll explain it below.
The Mixtape Was put up for download way before its release via Megaupload and I put the link on selected websites. The websites were CiCi's Playground, Thisizgame, PotentProduct.com & Newgrounds. After the mixtape released, I killed the megaupload link and all thats left is the datpiff download.
The megaupload link got an amount of 865 downloads, way lower than Best Of Charm City. Funny part is on datpiff, according to airkat the song "The Eulogy (My Own Way)" by Skarr-Akbar was the most downloaded getting 845 downloads just 20 downloads under the megaupload link.
I guess people figured that they could get the original mixtape early then get the bonus track right when the mixtape dropped, Common sense I know I know.
So basicially, the mixtape is not a flop and I really don't care how good it does, a mixtape is a mixtape. I only am a DJ for the culture, not the downloads or the sales or my popularity. I don't just do this DJ stuff for Baltimore I also focus on outside of Baltimore Projects as well. I rest my case.
Volume 10 is coming this winter, I would release it next month but I'll wait where more tracks come out. Right about now, my project with DJ Ulix is next on the list. Then I can go talk about that EPMD mixtape.
Also If you haven't known yet, DM Takeover is not a single mixtape, its a series. I was supposed to call it "Real Hip Hop" but when I signed Ulix to the label the mixtape name changed and added Ulix to the mixtape host list. the mixtape may come out end of this month or hell, maybe next month, I don't know, you will just have to see for yourself as I keep updating this website...

Also to make everybody happy on this report as well, the official cover cover for "DM Takeover" has been done up by DJ Ulix and will be under development after Put B-More On The Map Volume 9 drops on datpiff.com. peep the cover below.

To all the patriotic guys out there and say "i'm a disgrace to America" over my cover you better listen the fuck up dammit. I love America, I was born and raised here, I also support our soldiers in Iraq (even though they follow orders from a retarded President). So don't get all pissed off and say "You're a terrorist" because of a explosion at the United States Capital on my cover.

Yesterday was a really sad day for baltimore and the 92Q Jams staff as Khia Egerton also known as The Club Queen "DJ K-Swift" died yesterday at Good Samaritan Hospital after a swimming pool accident at her home him Northeast Baltimore. Not only was it a big loss for 92Q and everybody in Baltimore but a big loss to the DJ world. That's where I came in to announce that Put B-More On The Map Volume 9 is not on delay anymore and that it will be a dedication to Baltimore's Club Queen. I also got the cover for it finished now and you look at it below.

The mixtape was originally supposed to drop around September but due to K-Swift's death I had to pull its release up and start creating the mixtape. the mixtape wil also have a 3 News Reports from Local Baltimore TV stations. 1 for NBC-WBAL TV 11, CBS-WJZ 13 and ABC-WMAR 2. The mixtape might come out in a week or two so keep a lookout for that.
sorry you can't see the whole cover, but you got to see half of it (unless you went on my myspace)

Note: This Article is from baltimoresun.com

Today is a sad day for Baltimore as Khia Edgerton also known as the Club Queen of Baltimore "DJ K-Swift" died early this morning after she got into a swimming pool accident at her home in Northeast Baltimore.
According to a preliminary police investigation, Edgerton had been hosting a party at her house through Sunday evening and into early this morning. Police investigators believe she may have been drinking, said agent Donny Moses, a Baltimore Police Department spokesman...
During the party early this morning, she jumped into her above-ground pool with several other people, but didn't resurface. About six or seven other people were in the pool, which was about four or five-feet deep, during the time she had jumped in. After an unspecified period of time, her friends pulled her onto a metal-frame deck that adjoined the pool, and called 911.
When paramedics arrived, they discovered that Edgerton was breathing "very shallow and her pulse was weak," Moses said. She was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital where she was pronounced dead soon after her arrival.
Edgerton, known as the "Club Queen," introduced a younger generation to Baltimore's club scene and helped breath new life into an aging genre. Born in Baltimore, she started working at WERQ-FM 92.3 10 years ago as a mixer and worked her way up the ranks.
Five years ago, she began hosting a popular club music show from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on WERQ-FM 92.3, which earned her a widespread fan base in and around Baltimore.
Edgerton performed live at clubs up and down the East Coast, spreading Baltimore's dance music to other cities. She appealed to a large demographic of listeners and concertgoers, said 92Q station manager Howard Mazer.
"She had an enormous following and meant a lot to the people of Baltimore," he said. "People just gravitated to her. ... When she threw parties, thousands of people would come."
Edgerton owned a graphics and production company and was the city's only female record pool director. She performed at Artscape Saturday and was scheduling concerts overseas for the coming months, Mazer said.
"It's a terrible loss to all of us and the city of Baltimore," Mazer said.

Well, me and DJ Ulix haven't did anything with DM Takeover Volume 1 that all mixtapes are delayed until further notice. I haven't spoke to ulix in a couple weeks to see if he got the mixtape cover done for DM Takeover Volume 1 so all mixtapes including the Put B-More On The Map Volume 9 and the EPMD mixtape "Taking Care Of Business" has been delayed until everything is fixed with the label's release dates (Or until Ulix stops slacking the fuck off).
Now, speaking of Label stuff, I can now show you our latest work on updating the Label's styles. This one's is of course our logo, check it out below
I Know, What's so different? Well, look at the DM logo, It used like a little kid drew it but I gave it a more of a "Professional" look. Ulix was supposed to make the logo but I decided I'm running this label, Let me make it instead.
UPDATE: I decided to celebrate with the all new logo we got so I created everybody wallpapers for their PC's (Personal Computer), PSP's (PlaysStation Portable) & PS3's (PlayStation 3). Click here to go to the downloads section and get some fresh DM flavor on your electronics.
By DJ D-Mob
Well I decided to do a couple of things to get July started.
First off, the EPMD mixtape "Taking Care Of Business" has been pushed back (I know but calm down, it's still coming out) due to DM Takeover Volume 1 hosted by me and DJ Ulix to drop this month as well as that the EPMD mixtape needs a new look, Like a new cover of course.
Now as for DM Takeover, like I said, hopefully it will come out this month if Ulix stops slacking off. The mixtape will have exclusive tracks from all your favorite artists from mainstream, underground and maybe a couple of Baltimore tracks. You will just have too see for yourself right here for more info.
That's all the news for now, keep a lookout and stay updated on everything DM.
