#1. PEAK SEASON DEPOSIT to Secure Date ($350)
By clicking the BUY NOW button listed below, I, the buyer, agree to the following terms and conditions:
This deposit is solely to secure a date of performance and will be subtracted from the final amount due. The remainder of the balances will be promptly due on site at the time of performance.
If the event requested is cancelled with less than thirty (30) days written notice, then the deposit will be retained by the Seller.
If notice of cancellation is emailed with more than 30 days before the performance, the deposit will be refunded in full.
I, the buyer, have spoken with Eric Snow previously to make sure this date was available before purchasing this service.
I agree to the $350 per hour rate and I have read the contract page on this website and/or recieved a paper copy of this contract pricing agreement via email (or regular mail) and by purchasing this deposit I fully agree to the pricing and conditions as stated on it as well as the price agreement mentioned above.

If your event is on ST THOMAS--then disregard this section.
#2. OVERNIGHT TRAVEL FEE ($250)
(For Overnight St John Events Only)
This fee covers--Car ferry (for transporting equipment) & my lodging---for parties on the island ST JOHN only!
It is NOT neccessary for events on St Thomas, or for day events on St John which end earlier than 4pm.
Please make sure you have spoken to me before purchasing this item.
