New Artist Highlight - Gee Money of Hard Hittaz

What can you say about this guy? Well Gerald Gee Money Bass was born on April 9th, 1986 in Atlanta, GA to Patricia Bass and Ronald Bass as an only child. He didn’t grow up in the best situation with mom and dad always arguing, and the rough streets of Glenwood Rd in Decatur, Ga. But Gee money was involved in sports heavy up into 6th grade when he came to the sense that his heart was in music joining his elementary band. In 8th grade his dad left him and his mom, and Gerald was forced to be the man of the house with his mom being a single parent. Gee Money attended Columbia High School where he joined the high school band playing every type of percussion instrument. In 10th grade an old partner he grew up with named Young Capone saw Gee Money had a skill of rapping and put him in his entourage MPG. They all were from the same neighborhood, and ran the streets together. Until 2003 came and Gee Money decided he was going to Florida A&M University to join their music program where he also played in the Marching 100.
Gee Money started to make beats and learn the business a little and thought he should start his own production label Hard Hittaz Productions Inc. Gee Money has always had a boss swagger that’s unheard of from being Section Leader in high School, to being president of organizations in school, to pledging Kappa Kappa Psi National Honorary Band Fraternity, and then starting his own label. CEO or Boss MAN is what they call him. Gee Money currently attends Georgia State University for Business Marketing/ Music, and has many aspirations of being a big business man in the world not just in music but in many avenues.
Gee Money has went through many struggles from coming from a rough neighborhood, seeing one of his artist get shot, him catching a dui case, one of his artist getting sentenced two years, and people he thought were his friends turning their back on him. But he always seems to overcome them following in the footsteps of Russel Simmons, P Diddy, Jermaine Dupri, Jay Z, Master P, and others. Just look for this guy being a huge figure in the business world soon!!!
