| Shri Mataji is the founder of
Sahaja Yoga. Sahaja Yoga is a form of meditation through which we
are able to connect to the all pervading power of divine love. This
power of divine love sustains and nourishes everything that exists
in this universe. When we are connected to this power we are able to
feel cool breeze on the top of our head and our palms. This cool
breeze has been mentioned in all religions and scriptures. An
ancient Sanskrit name for the Great Goddess represents the case
clearly; Prana Rupini = She who manifests as breath. Further the
ancient Hebrew name for God, Yahweh, is derived from the root HWY,
which also means wind. In ancient Europe this all pervading power
was known as Pnema(Latin) and Anima(Greek). In Christianity the word
Spirit derived from the Latin Spiritus - which means breath. Holy
Spiritus = Holy Breath/Wind. In this modern world Sahaja
Yoga helps us in establishing the relationship with divine
power. |
