January 18th 2009 -- 1:00 am: Added images of sprite!Megabyte to "Turning". Yum!
January 18th 2009 -- 12:40 am: Added NC-17 material to "Turning". Yowza.
January 13th 2009 -- 10:00 pm: Just added a bunch of new material (and the second/final draft of a scene) to "Turning". The new adult ReBoot boards have given me an inspirational shot in the arm, and I'm going great guns again. Fic ho!
December 16th 2008 -- 10:30 pm: Still writing, but no sustained pieces long enough to post. Work and health issues are eating up a lot of my time, so I'm hacking away at sections of the various fics as the inspiration strikes.
November 14th 2008 -- 11:00 pm: I'm writing again, working on "Turning". Nothing new uploaded yet, but it's only a matter of time now. *gets back to work*
November 9th 2008 -- 6:00 pm: No infection, no anemia, but still chronic fatigue. I haven't been able to write, or to work very much, for the last five weeks. While my doctor tries to track down exactly what's going on, I'm going to try to work on the Divide Series as I'm able. How frustrating... to be going 60 mph and come to such an abrupt and total stop! Hopefully at least some of my Gentle Readers are hanging on to see how it all turns out...
October 25th 2008 -- 11:00 am: Man oh man... apparently I've got (a) a post-op infection, (b) anemia, or (c) both. No energy for anything beyond dragging myself around the apartment and making sandwiches. I'm still writing fan fiction mentally, but the thought of sitting down and typing it out is enough to make me feel faint. There might be an update on "Vexing" soon, but that's about it.
October 12th 2008 -- 10:00 pm: Added the first third or so of "Vexing" (NC-17). Mind the rating!
October 10th 2008 -- Recovering from exploratory surgery and working on freelance projects = not a whole lot of time or energy for writing. Rest assured that the stories are progressing, albeit slowly at the moment.

I'd like to thank Guess for so kindly giving me permission to play in and expand upon her ficverse. She's a wonderful lady who came up with a Bob/Megabyte pairing mechanism that actually makes sense to me. When you get right down to it, this site is dedicated to her.
I highly recommend that you read "Rabbits", since it's the basis for everything that I'm writing. It's NC-17 slash, folks, so fair warning. If Bob/Megabyte doesn't do it for you, neither "Rabbits" nor my own fiction is likely to be your cup of tea. And if you're underage, please click the "back" button, because a little sprite like you really shouldn't be on a site like this.

These are the Divide fics so far, in chronological order (links on the left):
"Sleepless" (R): Megabyte can't sleep, and neither can Bob, for similar reasons. COMPLETE."Hunger" (PG-13): Bob, Dot, and Megabyte must call a truce in order to survive within a Game. EXCERPTS.
"Turning" (R): Bob converts Megabyte into a pseudosprite and a deadly threat arrives in Mainframe. EXCERPTS.
"Conquer" (R): Mainframe is under siege by the Necro Codex, and Megabyte, a virus once more, has betrayed the Mainframers for his own gain. But is everything as it seems? EXCERPTS.
"Restore" (NC-17): Bob, Megabyte, and a whole lot of issues. EXCERPTS.
“Virtue” (PG-13): Bob reflects on the nature of truth. COMPLETE.
"Vexing: (NC-17): Part of the reason Bob is with Megabyte is because he loves the taste of risk. The flip side of that, of course, is that sometimes the risk becomes reality. IN PROGRESS.
"Nightmare" (R): A Cipher Wraith seeks revenge for the death of its Codex master, plunging Bob into the world of is own nightmares, a world that Megabyte must now navigate.
"Babies" (PG-13): Dot Matrix and Enzo have a conversation about exactly WHAT Bob is doing with Mainframe's viral overlord... a little bit of humor to break up all the angst.
"Fealty" (PG-13): Megabyte is offered a System PID and accepts it, but of course he's playing his own game.
"Shadow" (R): The Codex, which is threatening the entire Net in the aftermath of the slaughter of their brothers in "Conquer", returns to Mainframe, and Bob is faced with some difficult choices. EXCERPTS.
“Surprise” (NC-17): Set during "Shadow". Guardian Ginjur gets more than she bargained for during a comm system check.
“Moment” (R): Set during "Shadow". Bob convinces Megabyte to take a much-needed break. COMPLETE.
“Emblem” (R): Bob and Mouse set out into the Net in search of Megabyte’s missing PID, which contains his mind and memories.
“Scion” (R): Bob discovers that he has a son, courtesy of the Sybilline Seer who aided him in "Emblem". EXCERPTS.
