Hello and welcome to my  I hope you enjoy your visit and kindly invite you to leave a comment either in my blog or guestbook.  A smattering about myself ~ I've  been creating art since I was a youngster, usually drawing horses.

As a fine artist, I work with various media creating landscapes, floral paintings, portraits, illustrations, and calligraphy.  I also work in graphic design.

In 2009, I rediscovered my love of playing with words.  I have two poetry books, the first one is titled Earthy Fragrance and my newest book is titled Haiku, Haiga, Nature Inspired Poetry.  Both are available on ~

If that isn't enough for diversification, I have worked on various musical and play set designs, enjoy creative crafting, including, knitting, crocheting, and quilting to name a few.  One could say I have a bit of a gypsy heart when it comes to creating. Also, did I mention my love of history and genealogy research? ... there really isn't enough time in a day. ;-)

Much of my inspiration comes from the outdoors, places I have traveled.  Born and raised in Ohio, I pursued an art degree at Sinclair Community College.  For a time I resided in the countryside of Glyfada, Greece, traveled to about 34 of the U.S. states having lived in four.  There is so much beauty and interesting things to see across the globe and in our own backyard.

I gladly share with you the wonderful places that touch my heart.  Thank you for stopping by!
