Welcome to the DIT Young Fine Gael Website.

The DIT branch of Young Fine Gael has only existed for a short period of time. Yet within that period it has gone from strength to strength. Hopefully our progress will continue for a long time to come. 

Through out the past year we have increased our membership significantly. We did this by making politics interesting. Whether politics is local, national or international it effects us all. Why not be involved? Let your voice be heard. In joining YFG you are letting your voice be heard. Join YFG!

College Year 2005/06

Last year began on Freshers Week when we embarked on recruiting new members. Following the successes of freshers week we put in place a strong and dedicated committee which organised many activities. The activities we organise are political in nature but also focus on the social aspect of the society. The key events through out the year include our trip to the YFG National Conference in Limerick Junction. One committee member contested a positions on the national executive of YFG. Simon represented us well and we now wish him the best of luck in his position as  Leinster Organiser

In the first term we also visited the Dail to see a live debate. This visit would not have been complete with out the time spent in the Dail Bar! Before we knew it Christmas was before us and then the party's began. With the New Year, a new term began.
