Mp4 you wholesale shg cannot take any responsibility for any import duties, customs tax or VAT charged to customers upon delivery. We try to minimise these costs, although we cannot guarantee this. We will ship goods to you from the nearest available supplier.

Please also note that if you are drop-shipping, it is your customers who may have to pay taxes on receipt of the goods: we can't avoid this so please find out as much as you can before ordering.

Regarding import taxes on products delivered from China or other country , please consult your local tax office.

Payment for orders made to  MP4YOU WHOLESALE SHG must be cleared and confirmed before the goods are released to the customer.

MP4YOU WHOLESALE SHG  use PAYPAL and T/T payments. If you intend to use t/t you have to contact us for banking information.

Mp4you wholesale shg does not take responsibility for the damage of goods in transit.

Mp4you wholesale shg does not accept any refunds or returns unless the product is significantly different from that listed on our website, or specified in your order.

Any returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Mp4you wholesale shg must be notified of any faults, damages etc... within 3 days of receiving any item.

WARRANTY:

Some of our products have 12 months   warranty (cell phones) in the case a product with warranty is damaged during this 12 month period , you can ship it back and we will fix it.

SHIPPING AND SHIPPING FEES

ALL PRICES ARE FOB 

FOB =An International Term of Sale that means the seller fulfills his or her obligation to deliver when the goods have passed over the ship's rail at the named port of shipment. This means that the buyer has to bear all costs and risks to loss of or damage to the goods from that point. The FOB term requires the seller to clear the goods for export.

Shipping costs are based on the current rates of carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, etc.

Make sure that you have left a phonenumber so  that the shipping company can contact you when your products are delivered.  Estimated delivery time: 10-15  business days.

Delivery times may take longer than specified for some orders. If you or your customer have not received goods, please allow up to 5 days extra before contacting us. We try our best to ensure the quickest possible delivery time.

Mp4you wholesale shg  does not deliver to International PO Box or APO addresses, or war zone locations.

Mp4you wholesale shg reserves the right to change these terms & conditions without prior notice, and you should look through them as often as possible.
