Our friend, Debbie Eckert was recently diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. Debbie is 44
years young . Debbie is one of approximately 38,000 people in the US that
will be diagnosed with this incurable disease this year. We ask everyone of you to keep
Debbie and her family in your prayers.
Dear Contributors, Friends and Attendees,
Words cannot begin to adequately express our appreciation for your support of and contributions to the recent “Dinner with Debbie” event.
An illness like pancreatic cancer is devastating, and can be a heavy burden physically, emotionally, and financially on patients and their family. Your overwhelming generosity has certainly lightened this load, and your contributions will make an immediate difference in the lives of Debbie and her children.
The outpouring of love and concern that has been shown to our family has lifted our spirits during this difficult time. You have reminded us in times of busy lives and schedules of how fortunate we are to be part of a community. Knowing that Debbie has the support and prayers of so many cannot be understated, she knows she is not alone.
Please know that we will never forget your kindness, your generosity and your time in making the “Dinner with Debbie” a success.
With heartfelt thanks and gratitude,
Debbie’s family
