Robert was restrained for 10 minutes, face down on the floor, after a dispute escalated over his missing teddy bear. Investigators found a significant delay in emergency response. The staffer who restrained the boy left him lying,
unresponsive, on the floor. No criminal charges were filed.

of the regime at TLC. The coroner claimed it was probably a spider bite
on the basis of no evidence whatsoever. They couldn't even find a bite on his body. Spider bite is not one of the causes of rhabdomyolysis.
