I have constructed this website to be informative in helping you and others understand effective weight loss through a healthy lifestyle. I work in the nutrition industry and I meet people daily who are frustrated with unsuccessful so called weight loss programs. Inevitably, they don't know how to lose weight effectively and keep it off. Even those who have lost weight often put it right back on because the program they followed fails to teach the lifestyle changes required to maintain ideal weight. I teach proper lifestyle, weight loss is just a by product. Having said that, the simple, easy to follow program I teach requires dedication. There is no passive course to healthy weight loss. You will be required to do your part and follow the program. As you do, the pounds will melt away, your waist line will decrease, and your energy levels and vigor for life will improve.
This website will teach you how to combine the 3 elements of a healthy lifestyle so that you can lose weight effectively. The proper combination of diet, exercise, and supplementation creates a perfect recipe for weight loss success. My program will help you meet your weight loss goals, but also teach you how to stay healthy.

There are really 3 major parts to a healthy lifestyle, and that's what this website is all about. At the end is a review of everything that is covered in each section. This is to help make the information more manageable. I have also written a schedule that shows you how to implement what I teach. I encourage you to print it and use it.
