We are now renting a house at Glenbrook and building at Pepe, South Waikato. We probably will all live there this winter or just me as Doug and Michael might stay on as their work is in that area. We have a small cottage and nearly 2 barns at the farm. The shedding is progressing and the does are starting to put weight on.
I am able to manage the day to day workevery 2nd day if I come back to Pukekohe or daily if I stay there. The chooks, cattle and milking etc of the goats. I have a Staffy/Mastiff cross Selene, four cats are twins born January 2014 Trev. and Kev., Frankie born November 2014 and now inhertited Miss Muffet (Muffy). All black and all have very different natures.
The goat consist of 4 pure Sables (1 male and 3 females), the rest are all Anglo-Nubians 30. Total 34. I have 4 young doe kids at Glenbrook keeping them from breeding this year. 2 are pure breed and all the rest are at the farm.
