Measuring Load distributionand centre of gravity movement

The most innovative aspect of our technology has always been the survey of footfall pressure during DYNAMIC MOTION: The technology generates actual time connected consecutive reports of the foot fall pressure and is collected from a normal walking gait performed on the Platform of the Electronic Baropodometer.

IMAGE SYSTEM

The IMAGE SYSTEM was developed for a global posture evaluation. By imaging and collating multiple elements, along with the additional capabilities of printing or storing the data in memory, the patient may be studied at real time of image taking or at a later date. Additionally, empiric data may be easily shared with others.

STATIC ANALYSIS

The static image is an average of 200 samples generated by 1600 sensors in each modular pad. This “read” takes five (5) seconds, showing areas of different sizes and colors, representing the percentage of maximum pressure values read by the sensors (M).

For each foot it is possible to evaluate surfaces and total pressures with detailed values of both the forefoot and the rearfoot. The resultants of the pressure centers of each limb are indicated with “R” for the right foot and “L” for the left foot, corresponding to the ground projection of the hip articulation.

The corresponding resultants to the ground projection of the body gravity center, is also measured and presented as “C”. Additionally, an integrated global view of the areas of hyper-hypo footstep is also generated and presented in three different colors employing data from the isobaric study.
