About Dhylan

Dhylan lives with his family in Salt Lake City, Utah and is the youngest of eight children. Dhylan's first job was as a 'Booth Kid' in the family film "Little Secrets" (Columbia/Tristar, 2001) which was filmed in Salt Lake City. Dhylan's sister Caitlin also worked on this film , playing the part of Isabelle. Dhylan also worked with Caitlin on the feature film "Handcart" (Ampersand Films, 2002) playing the part of the 'Young Larsen Child'. Dhylan worked hard on "Handcart", playing a boy whose Dad freezes to death in a tent, meaning he had to film for three days in freezing weather! Dhylan has also appeared in a short film titled "Scout's Honor" (Arbor Ridge Media, 2005). Most recently, Dhylan has appeared in the Christmas movie, "Unaccompanied Minors" (Warner Bros, 2006).

In the past, Dhylan has been an extra in the T.V. films "Pixel Perfect (also known as "Virtual Perfection")" (Disney, 2004) and "Halloweentown III: Halloween High" (Disney, 2004). He has also played a lead part in the short film "Loving Kimberly" (Falling Beam Pictures, 2004) and another lead part in the short film "Making Way For Dumb Bunnies (The Search For The Lost Remote)" (SpyHop Productions, 2004). In the film "Loving Kimberly", Dhylan plays the younger brother of a boy who is in love with a girl named Kimberly and is often left at home to fend for himself.

In the world of television, Dhylan has most recently appeared in an episode of the WB Network's "Everwood" as the young Michael Beck alongside Carter Jenkins and Elizabeth Mitchell. Dhylan has also had a small part in an episode of "It's A Miracle" (PAX). On top of this, he has also had a number of parts in commercials for the likes of Hollywood Connection and Homefront (Baseball Boy commercial) as well as being featured in print advertisements for Glenwild Realty and more recently Jiffy Lube and Franklin Covey. Much like his sister, Caitlin, Dhylan's credits don't stop at the edge of a screen. He has had lead parts in productions of "The Little Red Hen" by Highland Park Productions and "The Christmas Story" by the City Rep Family Theatre. He has also played Young Cosmo in "Singin' in the Rain" at the Hale Centre Theatre in West Valley City, Utah and he most recently appeared in a production of "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever!" as Charlie Bradley.

Dhylan also sang the National Anthem at a Salt Lake Stingers baseball game in May 2003.

Hobbies & Interests

There are a number of things that Dhylan enjoys doing when he has some spare time. He loves to spend time his family, and has three sisters and four brothers. His sister Caitlin is the closest to him in age, being about 18 months older than he is. Dhylan also enjoys spending time with his friends Robert, Braden, Kurt and Zac.

Dhylan is a huge fan of the Utah Jazz, a basketball team based in Salt Lake City. He also enjoys playing basketball as well as watching it. Dhylan also loves pepperoni pizza and his favourite TV stations are Nickelodeon and the Disney Channel.
