Here are a few spots to ride in the area of Devon.

Tavistock woodlands

Tavistock woods is on the outskirts of tavistock The tracks are varied in their style, from fast open flowing course's like "The Corkscrew" to the slower technical style of "Rich's Course". Theres something for everyone. One of our greatest assett's is that "The Corscrew" is pretty much an all weather course. being on a sandy well drained soil it actually runs faster when it's damp. The heat of high summer dried the sandy surface so much that in places it becomes to sketchy to take at full pelt. A drop of rain however turns it back into a high speed roller coaster ride over jumps, rocks berms and woods. To ride at the woods you need to buy a membership from dartmoor cycles £10 for under 16's and £20 for over for more information go on to www.woodlandriders.com

Abbeyford woods northshore

Abbeyford woods is located a few miles from okehamton the northshore is made for all ages and abilites and has lots of different obstacles such as swing saw's a wallride, drops and a corkskrew for more information go on to www.okefreeriders.co.uk

Cann woods

Cann woods is on the outskirts of plymouth in plymbridge woods it has doubles, stepdowns, rockgardens, road gaps ect well worth it there's riding there for any level.

Haldon freeride

Haldon freeride is situated outside exeter by exeter racecourse. There’s a couple of fairly big drops, a really fast berm leading into a large(20ft gap) or smaller(15ft gap) kicker, where you then have the option of the rock garden with a few small drops just to knock you about a bit, or the 33ft if you like to get properly airborne, both of which lead into the new 'S' bend berm section. There is also alot planned for the area such as wall rides, berms, skinnies, step ups, platforms, rollers, drops, rock gardens. For more information go on to www.haldonfreeride.org
