The unicorn that you find in the meadow barely looks up when you walk towards him, scrutinizing you for mere seconds before resuming his movemements. His feathered hooves, despite their huge size, are set down almost soundlessly as he prances along the shoreline. At first, as far away as you are, you're not sure what he is doing. As you slid carefully down the grassy hill towards the beach he is moving along, you start to hear strains of what sounds like a flute. It stops when you step on a branch that gives a particularly loud snap but after a few seconds it resumes; this time it is the flute-like sound and a gentle drum. You come within a few feet of the impressive unicorn and stop, sitting quietly in the sand. He looks at you once more and then walks up to a large stone. Seated upon it are two small human-like creatures, more like fairies. They are about a foot tall. One is holding a wooden flute and the other a tiny set of drums. The unicorn stands near them for a while, almost as if they are conversing and you just can't hear it.

Finally he gives a decisive nod and gentle snort, the air from his breath causing the small people's hair and clothes to flutter. They start playing again and he dances for a moment more, obviously showing off for you. His leg motion is higher and he is if anything more graceful. His movements match the tone of the song perfectly and everything is balanced. As the song ends, the fae-like people give you a long look and then fly away, leaving only you and the graceful giant. A wind picks up as the sun begins to set, and he turns in the direction they left. Looking back over his shoulder, he murmurs a goodbye and then goes off, taking flight on fragile-looking wings that look like they shouldn't carry his weight. They do, and his silhoutte soon catches up to the fae-people's. You are left with his sobng in your ears and his motion in your mind. Somehow, you are sure you'll remember this for a long tme.
