Dest's NS History
This is my whole history from start to present, enjoy.
Beginning (October 2001)
I started playing AoE at a friends house in January 2001 under the name hunterx111, i used to play Phantasy Star Online on the dreamcast and was called Hunter X on there so thats where i got the name from :). I used to love playing DM NO SIEGE POP 200 games where rooks and inters used to always mix it up with eles, archers, cents, big fortresses with walls and towers and have fun, but of course fun leads to competition in the end, ill go into that later :). I was invited to join the KAOS_Clan, they accepted inters+. I made the name KAOS_Hunter and continued to play DM NS. On my travels i met a good friend TF_Sameer_TF who was a good mino partner and i used to go hittite :) Anyway i didnt play AoE for months but i finally got my own comp in October 2001 and i forgot my password for KAOS_Hunter so i made KAOS_MYOTIS and tried to find my old clan... they were dead. I instantly wanted a clan of my own so i made MYOTIS_Clan and called myself MYOTIS_LEADER (lmfao). I started getting more into archer war so i stuck to just that. There was a clan at the time who seemed to be owning everyone, they were the sX (Super Xperts) clan. I heard my good friend Sameer joined them and was anxious to find him, i did but i didnt see him again after that cuz he barely played at the time. Some of the rapers from that clan who were scary to play against were ULOSE, Knightz and really just anyone with the sX name lol. MYOTIS died after abit so i made a new clan called xD (Xpert Dragonz) this clan was a ripoff of the sX clan, i wanted to be like them lol. We got owned abit so one of my members xD_Lightning_Dx introduced me to the FASTKEY, he said " hey leader we can use this to rape the supas " lmfao so i tried it and just pumped away and got caught instantly by another member cuz i had about 20 unbuilts. He called me a fuckin cheater and left so from that day forward i dropped the FK and vowed to never use it again.
Going Solo (November 2001)
xD died so i went solo as __My_DeSTinY__, i seen a guy called __My_DeSiRe__ and thought destiny sounded better so thats where i got the name from heh. I was in a game with _DirtySock_, aka PaZ and for the first time i seen a real expert in action because he used a rush, something i never seen before, he raped my partner quick and scared me LOL. The Sock clan was better than sX at the time. NsG clan was around in the late 2001 days also, a very good and old NS clan. I met a guy called __Tactician__ who was extremely good, i noticed he had superb defensive army control and wanted to be his student, he accepted. He taught me a basic 4tc start, how to mine fast and some basic AC. Shortly after, the Pr0 clan was made, it had Tact, Fess, Termoil and Test in it, it was the top clan at the time, they owned all.
FiNaL Clan and CounT (December 2001)
But i decided to make FiNaL clan. I saw a smurf called __DieNormal__ and he was a fuckin good player so i asked him to join. He accepted and joined us as the great _FiNaLCounT_, he pretended that he was an RoR player but infact he was an oldskool top REG WAR player from AoE. He was incredibly fast in NS and raped alot of people. We challenged Pr0 clan to a 2v2 despite me being just an inter/low expert. I was up against my teacher Tact but there was a river so i couldnt really fight him properly, CounT was up against the mighty Fess. But I always knew CounT was really a better player than him and he was pretty much beating him. I defended the river vs Tactician and earned about 20 KL, it was these extra 20 horses that led to the win. In the end we won with just 20 men left standing, a great victory against the most feared NS clan in late 2001. This sparked off the uprising of FiNaL. FiNaL kept evolving and my skill increased all the time, we recruited players like _FiNaLSaMuRaI_ aka sX_SiLVer_Xs and __DeZ, we had _FiNaLRuSh_ aka __TeZ, _FiNaLBoSS_ aka _LiFe_Calibur who left _LiFe_ clan and his partner in crime, _LiFe_Leader now known as adml, Zhang_1888 as _FiNaLsLaSh_, _FiNaLFusioN_ aka _LiFe_SiLenT and sX_SiLenT_Xs (Calis brother) and CounT was still with us. We also had _FiNaLDraGoN_ who later became known as AcT. An arguement broke out between us and he left us, which started off a huge rivalry and hatred. FiNaL was still strong and thriving, the clans forum was being used by all the nsers as the NS forum. There was a clan called Legendary_ that started up which was basically Pr0 #2 but didnt get that far.
FiNaL Clan Death (Febuary 2002)
After a few months i decided to go solo and FiNaL died off. After a while of being solo, NsG made a return, two of the oldskool leaders brought it back, me and count joined them. On our travels we met up with AcT again who thought he was good enuf to take count, so they 1v1ed. CounT raped him in 5mins and made him look like a disgrace.
My Uprising to #1 and NiTe (June 2002)
I gained more skill everyday and started to beat people who i used to never think i could beat, these include ULOSE, Calibur, Zhang, Termoil, Knightz, adml (smurfed 5min raped u piece of shit). I decided that i was almost ready to take on the greatest challenge, CounT. Before that though there was an extremely fast nser called __Super_Expert now known as BoMBer, i had a few scraps with him, both beating each other equal times. After that i challenged CounT, I didnt think of his speed, i just kept thinking i must beat this guy, he DOES have weaknesses. During the first game which was the best game, i just calmly built up, assembled, and took his army out with no problem, this is when i found out i am an AC man, much more than a speed man :). We played 2 more games and it was the same result. CounT accepted defeat and i became the best nser. This was around June-July 2002. I was teaching many ppl at the time, one student stood out, I taught a guy called JuNk_Cre8tor and he later became NiTe, and the next #1 after me. In August, my internet got cut off and i was out of AoE for a whole YEAR. But just before I left, me and NiTe had some intense 1v1s, i just about came out on top. So after i left he automatically took #1 spot.
The Return (2003)
I came back to NS in August 2003, i was all pumped up and ready to beat any NSer who thought they were #1. I seen TeZ, my former clanmate and offered him a 1v1. I did my fast 4tc slow techs start and was doing pretty well, had a good army size and was fightin him from a hill against his hill. But his techs were alot faster and he had a bigger army due to a much faster start, not only this but he was using something new, TIMINGS, also i was rusty of course lol being 1 year and all. I met a guy called Nail who also heard i was the former #1 and wanted to play me so we did, i got beat pretty quick aswell :/ He told me NS evolved and people were using better starts and tactics. He shown me his 3tc with fast techs and we made the __Super_Clan and was on a mission to " remake " myself. My old 4tc was obsolete now so i was getting used to some new shit. I also heard that AcT became #1 while i was gone, when i returned though i didnt see anythin of him. GatZ was a powerhouse nser at the time and was ranked #1 for a few days, i beat him not so long after :)
A year later (2004)
From August 2003-2004, nothing much happened, just same old shit. The top nsers consisted of myself, nail, jiaz, shadows, dess, dunce, zhang, strat etc. Super clan was dead, i remade final with dess, dunce, bomber, bomber raped nail in 5min on a 3v3 and in a 1v1, was kinda funny lol.
A new level (2005)
From 2004-2005, i pretty much was able to beat nearly every NSer, apart from a select few. BurN and LaVa were both smurfers who used the 3tc market start and had a style which from my experiences in both the recieving and attacking end can safely say is the best style on reg map u can use. They were incredibly fast rushers, great AC. Its them who let me see its power. I asked ShadowS about this and he shown me their start, since he was burns student and he knew it. I quietly trained myself up :)
An old friend (?) (2005)
My teacher, Tactician made a return and after seeing my skill level he pissed me off pretty bad. He claimed that he made me what i was, he didnt make shit he shown a start and how to mine and some BASIC AC. But he claimed he shown me everything lol... so i went against him and smurfed. I was on __GhostZ_RuSh and raped him in 5mins for revenge, then revealed my aka. I disowned him as a friend and teacher after that, seeing as my AC and speed was better than he ever had.
Not quite there yet, + the next student (2005)
I was at a high level of skill but still wasnt at a godly level, i still lost to lava/burn when they smurfed, lost to ShadowS under one of his smurf names on pm2 quite bad LOL. Also Freeza came and he became extremely good, another tough challenge for me. Anyway i kept at it... Also i met a guy called __NoObPenguin__ aka TorP, i taught him alot of shit. He is my best student and a pretty funny newzealand guy, gotta hand it to him. He became #2 at best, only lasted about a day :( Great player tho, and likes to harrass girls with baked goods.
Mastery (December 2005+)
Finally. I got to my absolute prime in late 2005-early 2006, hitting 4.6k gold left at 3:20 with the 3tc market start which can lead to a 5min pop on 2.0 speed, primed ac, primed PM2. Have to thank Freeza for the PM2 bit, his basic start and style is really the best for it. My speed and reaction times were just great, i became better than my nemesis's lava and burn. But shortly afterwards, there were hardly no NSers left for me to show this new power to...
Wasteland (September 2006)
Hardly any nsers left, and i came back from RS in a rusty state on aoe, only 1 real super expert was left and that was DrunkenRemiX. Is it really gettin near the end? Well with EL opening up and quite alot of ppl signing to it, it looks good but how many of those ppl are NSers in aoe 1? We will have to wait and see...
Not much of a wasteland now and uprising of IGzones (June 2007)
Well here we are still at GSA. EL was a miserable failure but at least a few nsers have returned to AOE. Also IGzones is nearly done and will be a good new ' zone ' for us to play aoe at. Its rumoured to bring lots of NSers back so hopefully that happens. Heaven clan was remade officially and they launched a cho tournament, I entered even though i wasnt that good. Surprisingly I won the whole thing, beating Bonster whos an old cho player who i used to think wow id never beat him but ive improved alot and found out hes not all that. I faced drmario in the final and beat him, he accused me of cheating in the end lol. Thanks for the compliment. The tourny made me improve alot in cho war. Also ive had a few 1v1s against Dim and beat him and finally beat xeu the other day for the first time ever.
NS LEGENDS PROFILE OF DEST
Dest: Started playin this shit October 2001, made two rook clans MYOTIS and xD_Clan_Dx which was a sX_Clan ripoff lol. Also made FiNaL with some old members of xD, and CounT joined, got rid of the rook members and then made FiNaL one of the best clans ever. Im cocky but not as much as I used to be, dominated #1 spot too many times. First time was back in july 2002, kept it for a month then left for a year. Came back and reclaimed it, and since then ive been on and off aoe but I always get it back when I return :) Usually always have beef with top nsers who try to take me down, but it aint happenin.
