Our Desktop Support group in CIS offers a variety of services to end users. Desktop Support is available Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM. Desktop Support covers hardware and software troubleshooting on the Windows xp,Windows vista and lots lots more!

• The group has a Self Service Provider contract with windows xp computers which enables our technicians to service warranties and obtain accsess within 24 hours. .
• The group also has a Dell service contract allowing Desktop support to service Dell We are also allowed accsess within 24 Hours.
• Our technicians are very knowledgeable in their respective fields.
