Our story ..........
Our company was formed in December 2007, and as a team we collectively have 16 plus years in the Voice-to-Text transcription service. As a group of individuals who are passionate about the transcription business, we felt frustrated that there weren't enough transcription services being offered out of South Africa.
We decided to make a difference, and show others around the globe that South Africans are able to produce superior work, and perhaps in the near future, be the market leaders in transcription services. We feel that we are able to do this having a neutral accent and having English as a first language. While we may be a little more expensive than those operating out of such places as India and the Philippines, our enthusiasm, hard work and high quality will prove to be more valuable in the end. It is with this that our company will grow from strength to strength.
