My name is Kim and I am a Holistic Health Practitioner board certified with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and a Health and Wellness Coach.. My specialty is in Natural Optimal Nutrition, the Vegan Raw Food diet, and living a Healthy/Happy lifestyle, addressing the Body, Mind, and Spirit. I am a graduate of Global College of Natural Medicine, A graduate of The Life Coaching Institute, a Reiki practitioner, an ordained minister, and I have my BA in psychology, among other things. My mission is that everyone has information and support for optimal Health, Happiness, and Nutrition in their lives and the lives of their families addressing the whole person, Body, Mind, and Spirit.

It is up to us to take responsibility for our health and that of our families. It seems a lot of people now a days do not live healthy lifestyles and do not eat healthy meals.They do what they want, get sick, then go to the doctor. Then the doctors diagnose and treat them. If you do not turn your life around to healthy ways you will get the same results you have been getting i.e. getting sick. This is why America's health statistics are not very good. Optimal Health is up to you and me by eating healthy organic foods and whole organic food supplements in as close to their natural state as possible, drink pure water, use organic products that are free of all the harmful chemicals, and living a healthy lifestyle. Doctors are great when we have a broken bone , but they can not make us lead healthy lifestyles. We need to eat right, etc...When our bodies are clean (no or reduced toxins by choosing a healthy lifestyle) and have all the proper nutrients you will be amazed how you will look and feel.
