Welcome to the Dereham Wanderers FC website. The club was formed in 1982 and is now a flourishing centre for football for the Dereham area of Norfolk. In 2005 the club achieved the FA Charter Standard Award and all Coaches are qualified (or working towards) the FA Level 1 Standard and hold CRB checks.
Our Boys/Mixed teams compete in the South Norfolk Youth League & our Girls teams in The Norfolk Woman's and Girls Football League. The club is working towards providing Girls and Boys football coaching from the ages of 5 through to Senior Woman and Men's football.
Most of our training and matches take place at Northgate High School in the centre of Dereham. The club is pleased to be associated with Northgate's ongoing commitment to sport and our members enjoy the use of their modern floodlit training facilities. The club is also proud to be working with the Norfolk FA in establishing links with local schools to encourage children to enjoy football at the grassroots level.
Although we have a dedicated team of people running the club and a strong commitment to develop the club further we are always ready to welcome new members to our Coaching Staff and Committee.
